hello i bought this theme in 2019 for my website wavale.com. Today i experienced serious issue with my wordpress and i had to install fresh wordpress,now trying to reinstall my theme and now its telling me code not valid ,i would like to know why? this is the same code for the same website.why should i pay again?

Also, just a friendly reminder (just in case), Envato’s licensing allows one to use one theme’s license to build only one website (to use in only one domain). So if your client has already a website using Saasland (by the other developer) and is trying to setup a new one, he/you need to purchase another license.
Beautiful. I am especially interested in the dark style here https://droitthemes.com/wp/saasland-theme/home-software-dark/ . But when I look at other pages, they are not the same dark style. Only homepage has dark style applied? That would look odd. no?
May customers want and use their websites that way – making full website is odd to some of them. But we have a plan to give full dark support, i.e. customers will be able to make all pages dark. We will include that in near future.

Does the theme come with Elementor Free version or the Elementor Pro version?
Our theme comes with Elementor’s Free version. If you need the Pro version, you can get it from Elementor’s website.
All our theme’s Elementor widgets, settings etc. work with Elementor’s Free version, that means you can use all our theme’s features without purchasing Elementor Pro. But in case you need Pro, please know that we have tested our theme with Elementor Pro, too.
Your First .PSD download link is dead. Your Third .PSD link has nothing in the folder.

Well, I have just tried another site and it is still giving the same issue, have you tried a demo import and not just checked the SSL info?
Just so you know, I have now tested the dmo install on a third different server, on a different ISP and I still get the same issue. It is NOT my SSL that is causing the issue as I use wildcard SSL’s, and all my other sites import demo data from others theme’s just fine. The problem is on your end.

I cannot raise a ticket, because support has expired. This has nothing to do with my servers, it is an issue on your side Sorry, support for this Envato Market purchase code has expired. You will need to extend support or purchase a new license.

By the way, I am not using SSL on my site as it is site still in development
Hi, No other customer has faced or reported this issue among 3500+ customers that bought this theme. But then again we checked it thoroughly after you faced the issue and found that there is no SSL issue on any page of this theme.
Also SSL certificate is explicitly a server related thing, not a theme related thing. So you must recheck on your end or contact your server provider to solve this. Support does not cover solving domain/hosting/server issues, it covers theme related issues, bug fixes etc.
Also according to Envato’s licensing policy you get 6 months included support when you purchase a WordPress theme. When support expires and if you no longer need support, you can handle theme related stuff by yourself or by your developers. But if you still need support you must renew support for another 6 months (this is why many customers buy extended support for 6 months during purchase, which is much more cost effective).

The Theme is being downloaded from YOUR SERVERS WITH SSL, I am not using SSL so it cannot be on my side….use common sense
As we have said that we have tested it and we have no such issues (no other customer has reported it, too). We can look into your specific issue by logging into your server, in that case you need to extend support.
