Thanks for taking an interest! This theme is primarily built for students to use, thus only they can view the course statistics for the courses they are enrolled in.
Instructors have an option to link social accounts with their profiles so as to be readily available to be in contact with the students. Hello I want to purchase your theme but I have a few questions:
1. I am building a website where we offer both online courses, virtual classroom, and physical location courses. Online courses are pre-recorded classes and can be taken by the user anytime. Virtual classroom are like regular classes but done online and done at a specified period), regular classes are the ones done at a physical location. My challenge is: virtual courses have different dates – is it possible that your theme does this? Is it possible to be able to purchase recurring events?
2. If your theme can’t do recurring events, is it compatible with woocommerce event management pro plugin and also the recurring event plug in by mage-people.com?
3. I want to know what plugin your demo website use for the courses page, I see it is separated from the shop and the events?
Could you treat this as urgent?

Thanks for taking an interest!
1. All our courses are purchasable and they’re linked to WooCommerce’s system. LMS system is also a group of custom post types that we developed in form of a bundled plugin. It’s not 3rd party one, but ours.
For the physical location classes , of course, just instead of watching online course, your students will receive a payment confirmation, as a proof they’ve purchased your course. With their info, you will be able to get in touch and plan your class in details that is not online.
But for the online class, virtual classroom we do not have a feature for this.
2. Events and Classes are two different types, and when it comes to the Events we do not have a recurring event unfortunately. The courses can be purchased as many times as the user wish and will be able to enroll a class once a purchase has been proceeded.

3. All courses are purchasable and they’re already linked to WooCommerce’s system, so you don’t have to create separate products. Courses and products are different post types, so besides the fact that they both can be sold, they’re not linked in any way. So we use WooCommerce plugin to handle all courses, events and products. Events are custom post type that you can create just like any other post. They’re not linked to any ticketing system.

Thank you for the response. Yes you did respond to my questions. I think the only challenge will be to find a way around having multiple dates for a virtual course that has been created. It will be such a herculean task to create many virtual classes (that reoccur like 4 times monthly / like 40 – 48 times yearly) every time. The idea is for the users to be able to book the virtual course and pick any date that works for them. I could work with a plug in if you know any that can help solve this with your theme. Thank you

Hello, I have a pre-buy question… Is it possible to use a plugin such as YITH WooCommerce Catalog Mode (or another one like that) to use your theme in catalog mode with inquiery ?
We don’t want users to pay on this website, the courses will be hosted on another lms platform, and we don’t need any connection between our website and this platform…

All course purchases are going through WooCommerce payment system. You can set Free course and require user to register before purchasing, which is somehow workaround for what you want to achieve.
We have not tested our theme with Yith Catalog mode and cannot guaranty theme compatibility, however you could possibly try the Woocommerce extension for catalog mode.

the visual composer has been deactivated, why is it? it came with the theme academist that I paid for

Please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.
You can read more about it here.
We are not sure what you refer to when you say deactivated, as the plugin comes bundled within the theme and you can activate the plugin and will be able to use it on your end.

The license is not activated. I have been with the theme for 6 months and the visual composer has stopped working. Just recently the support license with the Academist theme has expired so I cannot write a ticket, but I understand that this plugins must work because it is included. I try to update the Visual Composer and it doesn’t give me an option. Please give me a solution.

About the courses, when you add a lesson, you can put a video in the content of the lesson, so students could watch that video.
Also, the courses are realised as WooCommerce products and once you purchase.
