Hello, where I can edit the contact form ? The logo its so big, and I want to hide the IP and others things that show on the contact form when I receive the e-mail.
I tried to edit the file ”/ catalog / view / theme / journal3 / template / journal3 / module / form_email.twig”
But after I edited and saved the modification don’t show… still the same way than before even I removed the things from the file. I need to clear cache or something like that ?
And other thing, the size of modules shows to anyone who acess the page, its says ” 1280×438 (Admin Only)” But I’m not logged as admin and shows this..

Hi, I use Journal 3.0.46 (latest version ) and if I change our server php version from 7.3 to 7.2 does it effect to our theme? Do I get any error or problem?

The problem on all the demos on the Journal website: The product has options that must be selected. On the product page, when adding a product to the basket without selecting options, a system message such as “select the option required!” does not appear, and the product is immediately put into the basket. How to make it look like in a pure Opencart: the choice of product options is required before adding to the basket?

Hello, Before you ask me to buy a support package i have to say what i discovered is a global bug so i do not see any reason for me to buy support plan as i never could use this theme even once, there is always something wrong with it, here is the bug: Installing OpenCart, Installing Turkish Language pack for both admin and front end, removing en-gb language from opencart localization (the file is their) and the main reason is my store only have one language i do not want to waste my time with Multi-tab data entry when you add a product, category etc by removing the en-gb language i have to just add one language data. The the bug appears, all the image related setting like banner, logo, slider wont apply to the front-end as the back-end image assignment still consume the English language as its first while there is no English language, i did not went after all setting but changing text and menu item worked so far, to let you know i already copied the content of en-gb folder from theme language to my local language. It would be very nice to see if your team can fix this global issue. Regards.
Hi, this is not an actual issue, if you don’t translate something it will fallback to language_id 1 which was English, so setting a new image to banners for your current language will fix the issue. However, it would be better leave English language installed and edit it in Opencart > System > Localisation > Languages to have language folder as your newly language pack added and change name, locale and other settings to Turkish for example and it won’t break anything in the demo data.

Thanks for the feedback, another question I didn’t find in the documentation. can I import an SQL in different skins? because I have 2 sql ready one for each multi-store can I upload this on each skin?
Hi, no because the a demo is made up of more than a skin, it contains modules, variables, styles, etc. including a skin. On multi-store you need to set up modules per layout, specific to that store.
So you can have completely different looks and designs per store, but you can’t import multiple demo setups at once.
