Sometimes when you import demo with a great number of the images the server timeout is not enough to import all the media that demo has and this error occurred. I am using the Organic02 that came by default with WPbakery, I am very happy that they implemented it with Elementor.
1- How to use it with Elementor without altering what I have already implemented with Wpbakery, or I have to start all over again.
2- When using the theme in mobile mode, the background appears dark to me. I can’t find how to make it blank.

1) Unfortunately, there is no way to migrate from WPbakery to Elementor. You can just install the Elementor version pages, Static Blocks (not whole the version) https://gyazo.com/2e50081ec3360c9aa8d5a6deb54b3ea9 but it won’t include your changes.
2) Do you use any default mobile browser? Try to turn off the Dark mode of the mobile browser because it seems that browser replace light bg to dark even for the site I suppose not just for site with our theme, you may check.

2- Indeed the dark theme was activating in the mobile browser. I use Opera and Firefox more than chrome.

We don’t have special option to cache the Quickview. You can try cache plugins for these purposes but keep in mind that we use Ajax request for the quick view, so get information from cache plugin author if they have options for this.

The xstore theme is Version: 6.3.1 and the core plugin is Version 2.3.1

1) Our element use the slide image as the background image with bg-size: cover, it means that image will be cropped to cover the slide area. If you need more options to change the position of the images, layer for the mobile devices we would recommend you to use Revolution slider.
2) There is no special element for the self-hosted video. Use simple HTML tag https://www.w3schools.com/tags/tag_video.asp

Hello, this is a great theme and I love it! However after updating to latest version 1.6.5 of the plugin YITH WooCommerce Review Reminder Premium it doesn’t work. And it is not working only with the Xstore theme, if I change the theme the plugin works great. Can you check to see why there is a conflict with the plugin?
The old version 1.5.9 was working well but it is not compatible with the new Woocommerce. I haven’t tried with the free version of the plugin – https://yithemes.com/themes/plugins/yith-woocommerce-review-reminder/
But I suppose it will still not work well, since it is using the same core, as the premium one, so you can check with the free one.

Thank you for choosing our theme! If timeout is less than required you may face problem with demo content installation (for example media won’t be fully installed) but maybe not. If system imports all the demo content till the limit reached then you don’t face any problem. We require greater limit to be sure. So, activate theme and try to install demo content.

1- I am using the Organic02 template. In the Organic01 template, the footer is displayed with icons from a second menu in mobile mode. How can I adapt the same menu with icons in my Organic02 template?
2- Likewise, the Organic01 template on the products uses a Quickview and displays the product on the right. How do I implement it in all pages?

1) If you want to add the icons for the menu then edit the menu items, upload images for the menu item and then edit menu item settings and choose Use img like > Image http://prntscr.com/sqs1kv
