Upgraded to latest version 6.2.3 and also WP 5.4.1. All is working well but we notice on our client’s e-commerce site using latest WooCommerce version that while viewing the mobile site version you can not see the description or any other information on the tabs. Order can be made. What could i be missing?

Hey there. Is it possible for navigation to NOT resize when scrolling? My nav appears to scale down in size and shift to the right. A simple yes or no will suffice in this case and I don’t want to have to open a ticket for such basic information.

Yes. Please check the padding/font size of the sticky header by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Header ⇒ sticky Header. Ensure they are same as the regular header

i used Avada 4 ans Fusion Core plugin was the only necessary plugin for working in text mode how am i used to. in the 6th vers there are 2 required plugins: Fusion Builder and Fusion Core as i understand now in 6 avada i should use Fusion Builder to use shortcodes, should i? if i switched off Fusion Core plugin i STILL CAN work with shortcodes in text mode. so why do i need a Fusion Core plugin? if I’m used to working in a wordpress text editor (not in a visual one) just using shortcodes and their attributes, can I turn off the visual Fusion Builder? or use only one of the two plugins (Fusion Builder Fusion Core)? thank u

Both Fusion Core and Fusion Builder are required plugins for Avada and both needs to be enabled for it to work properly, you can use Fusion Core for th shortcodes for sure but to render them on front end you will require Fusion Builder, also the Fusion Core does not only have shortcodes but is also responsible for the Portfolio and other theme features.

Also, I am not sure why do you want to downgrade the theme. This is not at all recommended. We would rather suggest updating the theme

We are working on adding support for WooCommerce pages in our new Theme Builder – so in future you will be able to customise the entire page as you see fit.
For now, the design options allow changing some options/areas of the single product page – you can check those options out under WP Dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → WooCommerce
But extensive design changing right now will require modifying WordPress template files.

Hi Guys, On your FAQ custom post type admin page – Where you see all the FAQs list. How can you see which category each one belongs to? (like on the posts list). I do not have this option on the Screen Options tab. When there are many FAQs it becomes a little hard to work without being able to sort them by category. Can you please point out where this option is? Thanks

You should definitely be able to enable the Category Filters on the FAQ using our FAQ element option, also once you click on any category only the FAQs from that particular category should load for you and no others.

thanks for the quick reply. I am not referring to the element options. but to the faqs list on the admin. With the element its all good. But on the admin menu When I go into the FAQs list (FAQ posts) I get the Title/author/comments/date columns – and some of my Yost columns) but no Category column in the screen options – i find it a bit hard to believe that I need to adjust any of my theme files (manage_post_column functions) for this as Avada is an advanced theme.and I just want to know if this was intentionally left out or am I missing this option somewhere on the theme options). We do not have an option to show the categories for posts there, however, you can click the quick update link under any FAQ there – and without leaving the page – you’ll be able to see the existing categories and even assign new categories to that post like I’ve shown in this video.

Dear Support Team, 1. First used original logo size, then used css to resize logo in website, then noticed Header is flickering/vibrating on safari/mac. Thought that it is because of css, then used the original image size without css to resize the logo but still showing the issue. Disabling sticky header also not fixing the issue. Current Uploaded Logo Size is 200×56.

Hi guys, I’ve been using your template for years with no problems everything works great but I’m having some strange behavior with maps.
I need to show 2 different locations in the same map but for some reason, the second location is never shown with JS API, showing this error on console:

What is really curios is when using the example direction (775 New York Ave, Brooklyn, Kings, New York 11203) as second address the console error is not present and the maps shows the two locations with no problems. Tried with many different address and no one is working as second location but the example address.
Avada versión 6.2.1, all patches applied, las version of Wordpress installed and all plugins updated.
Any ideas guys?

You should definitely be able to use multiple locations with map however the API registration is definitely required, also please note that you are using an older version of theme, our latest version is 6.2.3 so please update to that, I am afraid it is not possible for us to check this via comments section here, if you want us to check this in details please open a support ticket and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
