You need to use the Flamingo plugin (written by the author of Contact Form 7) or a 3rd party service like Mailchimp.

Hello. I’m looking into your theme but I have a question. When I look at the demos, I notice I can’t scroll the carousels with the touchpad of my laptop, I have to click on the arrows. Is this something I can configure later on? or the theme doesn’t have that option?

It’s about the operating system, machine and the browser. For example, in Safari, you can scroll vertically with 2 fingers but it’s redirected to the previous URL if you scroll horizontally. Also, Flatsome uses Flickity for carousels and it doesn’t have such a feature.
