Are cancellations supposed to still show as “unavailable” in the booking calendar? I can’t find any settings to indicate this, and would prefer to tell my client to not delete the history of the original booking, but if no one can book those dates after they’re cancelled, is that the recommended action?

Only bookings with “Confirmed” status are blocked in the calendar, if the status is set to “Pending” or “Cancelled” it will not be blocked.

Is it possible to set a deposit value scheme? For example, reservation 14 days before the deadline -> 50% deposit, reservation 3 days before the deadline -> 90% deposit.

Hi quitenicestuff, I’m working on a site for a client and after we installed all the plugins for this theme, one of them, wpbakery, has to be updated. Can you send me the new update for this plugin, we were not able to update it and the owner says to contact the theme author. For now, we don´t have support, but I’m guessing this is not a support issue. Thank you.

1) We have rooms that can occupancy only 3 people. So, when guests try to book rooms for 10 people the booking search engine shows the alert “Sorry there are no rooms available”. So, customers will think rooms are fully booked and leave our website. Also, when customers try to book rooms for more people than occupancy, that system should alert the customers to add more rooms or edit room options. this current message should show only when rooms are fully booked.
2) Is it possible to add a number of rooms in the home-booking search engine?
3) Does your system has a phone or email verification when customer book the rooms? when I give cash payment on arrival, there is a possibility of spam booking.

1.) Sorry you can only book by the night, week or month since the booking plugin is intended to take bookings for overnight stays only
2.) Yes you can remove any guest class and add as many new guest classes as you want

1.) Yes you can sync booking data from booking.com with Soho Hotel using iCal which is built into the booking system
2.) It’s not possible to do this, but you could add a duration discount which lets you offer a discount for bookings longer than a certain number of nights

1.) Yes you can change “rooms” to “packages”
2.) Yes you can categorize “rooms”, so in your case “rooms” will be changed to “packages”, and you can add “packages” to different categories
3.) Yes, you can set a maximum capacity for each guest type (adult, child, etc), and you can also set a maximum capacity for the entire room (or in your case the entire “package”)
4.) Yes, you can add/remove any guest class you want, so you could delete “children” and just have “Adults”, or you could change “Adults” to “Guests” so it covers adults and children, or you could add an entirely new guest class such as “Pets”
5.) Yes you can sync booking data with Booking.com and Airbnb via iCal which is built into the theme

I hope I was able to explain myself: instead of rooms, the user choose which category he want to book – ‘hosting package’ or ‘event package’, each package would have choices, but the 2 types of packages connect the ‘house availability’ with the calendar.

Hi! I am interested in your theme, I go through your features and those are awesome. However, I would like confirm the feature of multi hotel support. We have hotels and those are in different locations. So, we need to have location selection option by drop down, check in & out date selection, and number of guest selections should be in Booking search engine. The Question here is:
The problem here is, the website offers multiple languages for guests to choose. So if someone chooses other language than English (e.g. Polish), and try to book a room, that specific reservation won’t go into the iCal. So you’re explanation from 2 weeks ago isn’t even answering this question….
I just want to fix this issue…
