Hi, I have recently updated to new version. i have noticed that the product title on category page has disappeared. can you help me resolve it.

I have updated woocommerce to version 4.2

Hey I am stunned by the quick replies you guys give. And that’s the only reason i want to migrate my website to your theme. I have bought urna theme from thembay, its a good theme but the support isn’t good at all. I just have a few questions. Does your theme support quantity mode I.e. customer can select the quantity from shop page or wherever the product is shown and directly add to cart from there. Have a look at this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/3wGqpN96Vm46Xtte8 I want to enable the customer to add directly like this. This was done through a little tweak provided by the theme author but can it be done from your end too. Furthermore, You can see i have customized the mobile navigation bat with WhatsApp order, support etc. This was also provided by the author online, just have to copy-paste it. Can we have a sidebar like this on mobile https://photos.app.goo.gl/scHvKyUCe2HKWqX97 Have a look at this: https://photos.app.goo.gl/hpEHWwyPsHbqYd7Z7 The element that i have highlighted in red colour. The banner is an elementor’s image element, but the slider below it is something provided by urna theme for categories. Can it be done too. I mean a slider with categories in that way

Hi,

  1. Quantity selector for category pages is not included by default
  2. Yes, mobile view has an off-canvas sidebar menu
  3. Yes, you can add anything built with UX Builder to the top and bottom of the category pages

Hello, I am trying to edit the header so that it looks like the header in the Fullscreen Fashion Demo. In these comments you ask people to use the header builder but in the version I have, just downloaded for a client a few months ago, there is no header builder, just options on the left hand side. Also, the presets which are available don’t work when I click them. Do you know if I am doing something wrong? Thanks in advance, Alex

Please ignore – I disabled a few plugins and it works fine now!

Hi,

Thanks for letting us know you solved :)

Just checking if you plan to do a full-width catalog layout? Off canvas still stays within the border. I’m after this look https://www.aninebing.com/collections/new-arrivals

Hi,

We’re planning to add a custom product category layout feature. I can’t give the ETA but I can say you’ll be able to build your own category layout with UX Builder like the custom product layout.

awesome! Cant wait, Thank you kindly for your quick response much appreciated.

I bought it before. Some of the fixed page inquiry forms are not displayed. What should I do?

The Country/ Region dropdown on billing details form is missing. I have tried all other plugins deactivated but won’t solve this bug.

Good afternoon, can you capitalize the general field (ALL) of the filter navigation bar in the portfolio?

http://imgfz.com/i/v2sWU70.jpeg

I have reviewed the options of the UX-Builder and I see that it cannot be done without affecting the other menus, we just need the text “ALL” to be shown in capital letters like the rest of the top navigation categories in the portfolio filters.

Thank you for the cordial response you can give me.

Can you share the URL?

Please try the CSS below

[id^="portfolio"] ul.filter-nav.nav-uppercase li a {
  text-transform: uppercase !important;;
}

Hello! You support Rank Math seo ? And you have settings for breadcrumbs ?

Hi,

Rank Math SEO plugin is going to be supported in the next release.

When next release ? I think to buy your theme

We’re planning to release it before the end of this week.

Hello, I want to buy your theme for a website with personalized gifts. For this website I need a plugin that shows live the customization on the product chosen by our client. I would like to ask you if the Flatsome theme is compatible with the Fancy Product Designer plugin https://fancyproductdesigner.com/? Thanks! Regards, Cosmin

Hi,

We haven’t tested that plugin yet, but I see many users in our Facebook Community use it with Flatsome without any problem.

Hello,

My site is: https://staging2.balticdomini.com/ (moved it to staging)

I have set default product sorting to Popularity (sales):

https://imgur.com/TnNz8Z8

but this category https://staging2.balticdomini.com/shop/women/leather-bag/ is not picking it somehow:

https://imgur.com/9YcqSB5

1st product has 0 sales…:

https://imgur.com/xuvdJrO

While this product: https://staging2.balticdomini.com/product/leather-clutch-adele/

Has 12 sales: https://imgur.com/OW921h8 and is ranked in 18th place…

I would say this sorting is not working, but other categories are working fine

https://staging2.balticdomini.com/shop/femme/sacs-en-cuir-femme/ (analog category in French, 1st product has the most sales: https://imgur.com/d7vMktY ) https://staging2.balticdomini.com/shop/moterims/moteriskos-odines-rankines/ (analog category in Lithuanian…)

And don’t even know where to look or how to fix it… Any ideas?

Thank you!

Hi,

Those products are generated by Woocommerce, not Flatsome. I think you need to check the total_sales of those products from the database as mentioned here. Total order is not the same as total sale.

I have never mentioned words total order…

I am regular user of WooCommerce and regular user of Flatsome, I haven’t edited my databases, so I have no idea how the mismatch occurred so I would appreciate some better guide how to fix it… Article you have sent me does not provide any help at all…

The answer in that Github issue page says you need to check the total_sales meta_key value of products belong to that category from the database. There may be a difference between what you see on the admin panel and the database record. A professional can help about that if you don’t have enough technical skills. You can also try Woocommerce>Status>Tools>Recount Terms.

Hello, for some reason the “sale badge” on the product page comes behind the product image on mobil. (iPhone) I´ve checked the z-index in css and it seems to be correct. The badge is showing correctly in the list view/product catalog. Do you know why?

Open this link on mobile, not responsive view on desktop: https://www.agape.no/product/mann-deg-opp-frigjor-seierherren-i-deg/

Hi,

Can you try transform: translateZ(0); instead of changing the z-index of that badge-container?

Great! That worked, thank you :)

Hi, great theme though I have notice that on a category page, the products are now showing the first image from the product gallery and not the main product image. This has swapped since upgrading the theme and reverts to normal display on a default theme. Is there a setting or change in code I can make to force the site to show the main product image instead of the first product gallery image please? I do not fancy going through every product changing images manually.

Thank you

Hi! I hope you can help me! I have been using Loco Translate plugin as suggested but it does not translate checkout steps, i.e. SHOPPING CART>CHECKOUT DETAILS>ORDER COMPLETE although they were translated in the plugin. I wonder why not?? Thanks.

Hi,

Those strings might be cached. Please clear all cache (web server, plugin, CDN, browser, etc) and check again.

Thank you for your reply. But it did not help. That was one of the first things we tried.

Hi team,

I have buyed flatsome and use polylang. I have add lang on Header but it show dropdown style. I want change to list style (not dropdown style). How can i do it?

Thank you in advance!

Eric

Hi,

You can use the language switcher of Polylang instead of Flatsome.

Hi! As i see now, the product images are getting outputted both from woocommerce and from flatsome theme. woocommerce_thumbnail = shop_thumbnail, woocommerce_single = shop_single, woocommerce_gallery_thumbnail = shop_catalog Please help me to clear it down to use only 1 of these chain of image sizes. HOw should i turn off Flatsome image sizes or should i turn off Woocommerce image generation instead? What is best practice? Thanks! Wiktor

Not getting any support despite email several times. Popup for youtube not working on browser and mobile. Map not working. Menu order for product not following menu order

Hi,

I only see 2 tickets submitted today. Can you check and be sure you submitted your previous tickets from the official areas as guided here?

My countdown timers work only inside UX Builder but when publishing it is just shown as blank box with a loading icon and the digits never show up. Any suggestions?
