Hi, I have a few avada licences, I have a client that is looking for similar buttons that you have on your demos, it is the buy and the demos button that sits on the right of the pages. Is this something avada can do or is it a third party plugin, would really like to know please?

The floating buttons are not part of Avada. However, you can use one of the many 3rd party floating button plugins for WordPress for this (there are several free plugins) e.g. Floating buttons plugin

Great theme, thank you. Working with image galleries – is there a way to add a button to the bottom (or top, or over) an image in lightbox? Similar to how it looks here: https://www.jcgibbons.mmtcsolutions.org/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/2020-06-09_102416.pdf

Natively there is no options to add a button on the lightbox images when using a gallery. This would need custom code.

Hi Avada

I have:

Wide Layout 960px Site Width 100% Width Page Layout

I use: [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”no”]

When i used in old Avada: [fullwidth hundred_percent=”no”] it worked correct – a had content in the box 960px and fullwidth background

Now it doesn’t work the same way if i use [fusion_builder_container hundred_percent=”no”] i have content near left border of a browser, and it does not matter what the size of screen is – 1200px or 2000px content is always on the left side of screen, but i want it to be on the left of the box 960px, like [fullwidth hundred_percent=”no”]

What am i doing wrong?

seems like i found a problem i didn’t use [fusion_builder_row]...[/fusion_builder_row] this solves the problem

Hi, the would the debit/credit card setup be something i would have to incorporate into the website for the money to go to my account? Can prompt screens be added when someone visits the website asking if you are a new or returning customer? Is there an option where a customer can choose an item and customize it?

Yes. If you’re selling products or services – even with different variations/options etc then all that can be achieved with the WooCommerce plugin. Avada offers full integration with that plugin. WooCommerce offers multiple payment options (credit cards, PayPal etc) so you can check their documentation on how to set that up.

Hi In Avada ex versions in fusion page options on each page (while editing) i could change:

fusion page options / Page / Page Content Top Padding, Page Content Bottom Padding and 100% Width Left/Right Padding.

How can i do it now? There is no “Page” option in Fusion Page Options

The page options are still there for sure, the padding section you can find it inside Fusion Options > Content tab now.

If you are not seeing this, please make sure you have this enabled from screen options on your page editor.

WooCommerce plug-in, mobile mobile browsing: Product list page, each row is displayed in 2 columns.

Currently, only one column per row can be displayed and cannot be set to two columns.

What is the solution?

Our mobile layout support single column design for everything right now, you can not have multiple columns on mobile phones at the moment, same goes for any other post type.

Before I buy this. I want to make a website in English with translation to 7 different languages in one click. Does it support RTL languages like Arabic? Or do I have to create a WPML site?

There should be no issues creating a Multi-language site with Avada, however to do that you will definitely need to use a multilingual plugin such as WPML or Polylang for sure as its not possible to have 7 languages without using a multilanguage site, Avada is 100% compatible with both WPML and Polyalng in this case.

my site is not working due to updates issues with your theme, I have purchased extended support and got an email confirm its activated but when i go to submit support ticket it say that my support is expired and ask to purchase. i have submitted a ticket to sales, email say it can take 10 days to reply, this is ridiculous if you don’t have stuff don’t take payments for service you cant deliver!! so now my site is not functioning, you took my money and your site is not working properly, great company!!!

Hi, Im trying to source support on behalf of my client who purchased your theme, there’s a serious issue when updating the theme from 5.4 even if all the patches are added.

I have the error codes to send you, but no ticket support system is visible when logging in with her account.

This is the first time she’s asking for assistance, are you really going to force her to pay for more support to help her?

Is it possible to switch off Fusion Builder and Fusion Builder Live? I use only text (text shortcodes) on text mode. As i remember in early versions it was possible in advanced Theme Options

You can disable the builder for post types by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Fusion Builder ⇒ Settings, Screenshot here

This would show the gutenberg editor so you can install the classic editor plugin from WP-repo

I just purchased your theme and in order to register it, I need to create a Token. I am usually using the purchase code to register themes. Do I need to use the purchase code anywhere else or the way I register Avada Theme is just by creating a Token?

When creating a token it is asking me for a Token name, I chose something but I wonder if it will let me change it in the future or if each token is permanent.


There are 19 permissions listed, do I tick all of them?

Which ones do I select? I am building this website for myself, and no one else will have access to it in terms of me hiring anyone for work on my website.

I am getting a strange error on homepage after importing the demo content. Whichever static page I choose as homepage, it’s header shows up, but content is replaced by 404.

However, if the page is not set as homepage, its contents show up properly.

If I use the blog as homepage instead of a static page, blog archive shows up without any issues.

There are no errors logged anywhere either. I cannot figure out what went wrong with import, as I didn’t have this problem with my own pages before importing the pages.

i had seen this website uses your theme called accelevents . com and it show an admin bar like can use virtual conference is that system he created or avada theme show it in it is services ?

Avada itself doesn’t have a virtual conference feature like that. That’ll be a custom component they added or are perhaps using some 3rd party module.
