Hi there, I just bought your theme and installed it on my server. I followed the basic install instructions to the letter (I have installed hundreds of themes but still follow instructions) However after the demo content install not everything loaded correctly. The social icons and nothing more than colored blocks and the font in some place is black the same color and the background, also they do not sit perfectly in the box. I installed the demo content twice but its still only 90% installed. Need some advice and support please.

Our theme don’t have any header footer builder. some plugin have option to override header footer. Or you can use our child theme to update the theme.

When Import RTL Demo content , the language is arabic but the direction is not from right to left like the demo here !!

this theme doesnt work..wouldnt work on first install… vendor has refused to provide refund.. wants access to my cpanel.. why?

where im from ..if something doesnt work you have a right to return it for a full refund…i dont understand why this is different..if theres a problem the first time..i promise theres going to be more problems..chances are this theme is faulty..i dont want to deal with it any further..i have bought several themes and plugins from themeforest..all of them worked from the start…i cant be trying to fix n issue before i get to use it.. im sorry i dont want to fix anything… just give me my refund …this is less than 48hrs after i paid.. please give me back my money…i dont want to fix a faulty theme
