It has been more than 8 hours since i lodged my request on support forum. Requests created after me have been answered but mine isn’t and my work is stuck since morning. This was not at all the service i was expecting. I bought your theme only because i thought you have a good service. I am writing this ticket just to bring to notice that you have been continuously answering other tickets but not mine. Why is it so? Why my ticket is not being answered. I am stuck at the first step of your theme i.e. installing and activating it. Your core plugin is not being activated and this is creating a lot of problems as without that plugin nothing works. Hey admin. Are there any specific timings when you are always active and the customer can expect his queries to be answered quickly? I mean if i raised a concern can i expect it to be solved within half an hour. I know this is not possible 24*7 but their could be timings for that. Right?

Reply times can vary from time to time and be up to 24 hours Monday – Friday and up to 48 hours on weekends, Sat-Sun. But it is usually faster than that (a few hours only). As you might understand everything depends on the number of requests.

You can try Duplicator plugin to make a copy of the existing site and launch it for the new domain. After that go to XStore > Dashboard > deactivate and reactivate theme using the new purchase code.

I have some question thought on the additional things 1. Can we an quantity tab with plus minus sign over the add to cart button so that product can be directly added to cart from shop page and other pages. 2. If yes, can this quantity button and add to cart button be merged to a single button like this https://prnt.sc/swpq9a . 3. Can we enable customer to select variations of a product from the shop or home page without being redirected to individual pages. The variation could be in drop-down or checkboxes or swatches. Do you want to disable these clicks or you want to to call the Quick view when they click these elements?
5. We use default WooCommerce Product categories widget. It has option to show children of the current category http://prntscr.com/swtech but it does not show them hierarchically with toggle, unfortunately. So, probably widget should be additionally customized to suit all your needs.

If you use WPBakery as the main page builder then you’ll be able to use Grid builder to create custom grid for the shop page, as we did for this demo for example https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/artmaxy/shop/ We don’t have such option for the Elementor at this moment but we plan to implement it in the future. So, for the Elementor you’ll be able to show the short description on the shop page by additional customization.
7. You’ll be able to change the site container width using theme options and also change the number of products per row for the shop page as well as for the product categories.

We have many websites on Woocommerce with different themes.But Xstore is the most frustrating with updates as everytime there is an uodate there are some changes which happen in the customiser settings which leads to a horrible customer experience and thus losses for us. Following are the latest issues which we have now fixed:
- menu hover and active color - pop up background color - header got enabled from customiser
This is only a sample of the issues we had to fix manually. Please let us know if there is a workaround or why this happening else we will have to change the theme for all our websites. We have 5 licenses.

We don’t have known issues with the WooCommerce plugin. In case, you face any problem with images after the update it could be caused by the js error. Check the console, do you have errors there? Do you use child theme? Did you make any changes in the child theme? Do you use cache plugin and CDN? Have you cleared the cache after theme and XStore Core plugin update?

The problem is about js. Console dont lie xD! Yes child theme, a little bit css added but is not important. Yes CDN with cloudflare. Yes wp rocket and varnish cache on server. I read your changelog, and see some js improvement. I disable all performace settings from theme options. And also disable all js minification from wp rocket.
Now the ecommerce is showing good. I’m go to work on through this way.
Do XStore need to delete some files?

You don’t need to delete files but always flush cache and CDN after update. Cached version of old JS and CSS files as a rule is the reason of the problem.

I have bought urna theme from thembay, its a good theme but the support isn’t good at all. I just have a few questions. Does your theme support quantity mode I.e. customer can select the quantity from shop page or wherever the product is shown and directly add to cart from there. 3) We don’t have such Elementor element like slider with the categories list in our theme, sorry. Is it just slider with links or some kind of tabs? And when you click you’ll get the products from that category?

1) That WooCommerce snipper works for the simple products only. Probably it’s possible to implement things you are talking about but it requires additional customization that is not included in our basic support. You’ll be able to submit customization request to customization team to get a quote.
2) Unfortunately, we don’t have such an element and we did not deeply study third-party Elementor plugin addons to suggest something.
