I am working on AVADA Theme and facing an issue in equidistant space between footer widgets. How can i make equidistant space between Footer Columns ? As i have aligned one column “Menu” left align so it has moved close and has distorted the complete footer?

I’m afraid we don’t have an option to adjust the header transition beyond toggling the Sticky Header Animation option ON/OFF under WP Dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Header → Sticky Header.
There has been some major changes made to the header in our upcoming 7.0 update as part of our new Header Builder so you will be able to adjust the header more freely in the next update.

On the shop menu on the interior design template, I found out where to change the picture when you hover over it, but is it possible to change the background color of the categories where the white box is? Ex: lighting, and there’s a mini icon, and it has a white box around it and I was wanting to change the white to a different color.

That is the Featured Image Rollover. You can change the color for it under WP Dashboard > Avada > Theme Options > Extra > Featured Image Rollover.

I inserted in the header the sticky that remains fixed and changes size when you scrool with the mouse. The sticky doesn’t change size only with Ipad while it works with all the other devices. I am remote debugging to fix that. Could you explain to me why only with Ipad does that?

Sticky Header Animation is disabled on iPads due to iPad limitations. We do have an item on our to do list to improve further upon this but do not have a time frame for when it’ll be implemented.

The product pages there seem to be the stock full width pages so you will get a similar layout out of the box. There will be some adjustments needed from Theme Options if you want the exact same styling. The easiest way to achieve that would be to import the entire demo (do make a backup before doing that).

hi dear, i tried to import influencer theme demo but i got an error and demo import fail due to php settings. I changed all the setting that weren’t correct, now everything is in green. I removed content from menu in import demo. and tried to reinstall all the demo content and I get same error again and again that setting are not correct…. What should i do to erase every thing from the demo import that fail and try to install it again.

Please see that you’ve applied all the patches under WP Dashboard -> Avada -> Patcher page and then try the demo import and see if that helps.

Customizing the tabs on single product page to e.g. add more tabs isn’t possible out of the box with Avada. You can use a 3rd party plugin to add/manage custom tabs for WooCommerce e.g. I found this plugin here.

While WooCommerce is fully compatible with Avada and we offer compatibility/integration with it – its not bundled with the the theme. If you rely on a specific WooCommerce feature that requires an addon then that addon needs to be purchased. For basic store setup/functionality, no addon purchase is required.

I am currently working with image carousel and if i decrease the number of images showing, there is a huge space/padding appearing to the top of the images. When there are 6 images the padding seems normal, but the less images in the carousel the bigger the padding. I don’t want that. please advise.
