Hi, you can update to 6.2 without any worries. However, if you wish to update TheGem theme, please make sure your code changes are all moved to a child theme. Otherwise you will loose your code changes in case you have made all this directly in parent theme. Also, please don’t forget to backup before updating.

I have made a purchase 2 days ago and I actually do not like the way you built your theme and I have made few hours after purchase a request of refund. When I added the medical clinic demo, the menu goes way beyond the wrap (in boxed mode), js script errors, header styles are a mess, all custom post types you force to be installed but not optional (portfolio, teams and other), and when I tried to revert back to another theme I had to re-install the whole wordpress backup I had. Please review my refund request and return my money back.

Please accept my refund request instead of asking me for access on my website. I had to disable the theme and it completely ruined my website. I could not uninstall the custom post types your theme created and I had to re-roll the backup.
Replied. After deinstalling TheGem and all its plugins no features or posttypes of TheGem remains. And if you cannot uninstall something, we need a chance to take a look at your installation /setup, because it is not normal behavior. Thank you
Of course it is not a normal behaviour but this is how your theme works. It installs custom post types like portfolio and other that I cannot remember and there is no possibility to uninstall them when theme is changed. Stop trying to deny a refund and start by helping me with the refund. I no longer want to use your theme after all these issues.

Hi, As of June 29th, 2020, the Instagram platform will be deprecating its API https://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/2018/01/30/instagram-graph-api-updates/ . TheGem’s instagram gallery element will be impacted by this, as access depends on this system to connect. As a result, instagram gallery element will be removed from TheGem.
As of June 29th, 2020, TheGem theme releases will exclude the instagram gallery element. For older versions, the instagram gallery element may be visible but no longer functional as of the deprecation date (June 29th, 2020).
We recommend you to remove the instagram gallery element from your website before June 29th, 2020.
Alternative: manually add images using another TheGem’s gallery elements. If the Instagram feed is crucially important for your website, consider to use TheGem’s galleries to add image galleries manually to your website.

hello, I love this theme, have 3 licences and will get another one shortly, I have built a site and something really strange is happening. One page on mobile devices changes to light colours, and I cannot figure out why, the second page is fine until you scroll down half way, and then this too changes to light colours. on the other pages this does not happen, I have looked at all the settings, css and cannot find out what is happening my support has expired, but I am hoping you can help me out here
