Hello, I am from Romania and i want to integrate the payment with credit card with one provider from Romania.. I have the plugin allready. He work with short code. Please let me know if it’s posible to integrate the credit card method with your theme ?!

Hello – Still loving this theme! I just updated the theme to ver 3.0. My WPBakery Page Builder plugin says it needs an update (currently ver 6.1). How can I update to the latest version? Should it have been updated automatically when I updated the theme or is that the latest version that comes with your theme? Thanks!

Please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

Hi team – we are interested in purchasing this theme. On mobile, is it possible to have a sticky menu AND donate button? So when the user scrolls down on mobile, the header, logo and donate button still appear? See https://www.rescue-uk.org/ on mobile for an example.

Thanks for taking an interest! You do have a Right from Mobile Logo widget Area which you can use to display your donate button or link. As for the mobile menu you do not have an option to set this behaviour within the themes options, however possible you can make the header fixed with a bit of css code.

Hi, We have purchased the Goodwish theme and have installed it along with the WPML Plugin for a bilingual site (Arabic and English). We have gone through a few articles on making the theme RTL ready for Arabic, that are recommending creating a rtl.css file which is a mirror of the theme css file. In order to do so, we have accessed the main CSS file but that doesn’t consist of any attributes. Can you please let us know where can be refer to the CSS code to make the theme RTL ready?
Also, if this function is not supported by the theme, it wouldn’t fulfill our requirements and we would then like to request a refund for the purchase.

Unfortunately, RTL is not supported. Anyhow all shortcodes without dynamic shortcodes should be working well on RTL.

Hi, I’ve started working on the theme but encountering multiple issues. The first one includes the Purchase Code missing in your licensing txt files for Slider Revolution. Second one is a technical issue, my PHP settings are changed to fit the templates standards, which is also verified by my hosting service – but your template says that the number is still haven’t met the requirments.

Please note that Slider Revolution does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

When it comes to 3rd party plugins, you have to understand that we didn’t and couldn’t test all plugins out there with our themes. The official plugins we provided bundled inside our theme are the ones that are tested several times before the theme was launched and we guarantee their functionality. If you’re having issues with any other plugin you downloaded yourself, please refer to the author of the plugin or the team behind it.

The company I worked for has purchased the theme for over a year now and for some reason parts of the plug-ins that I used to be able to have access to changing the cover images for or using images in a carousel feature that the theme provided aren’t showing anymore. Being able to add or change an image for the Carosel doesnt work anymore. This has also affect me being able to change/edit the top banner image cover on pages as well. It used to be something that used to be so small and easy to change. Can I please get some help to fix this issue?
