Updated comment: i have already created 8 tickets: 5 were resolved by me after almost a week without a good response (i create a workaround). 1 ticket had as response a tutorial not related the question (it seems that a boot sent a response) , 1 had as response that the error described is “custom code” (i can not asking for them to customize my code…i am showing hardcode in the plugin that they should fix for be able to customize)....and the last one remains in the queue…..then ….the theme has good aparience…but the master study plugin has many errors and harcode and the support is terrible….if you are a developer with almost 3 years of experience in wordpress then you can buy (you will be able to resolve the bugs and problems in your own) if not , i recommend to look for another theme
ticket #51478 , day 9 . support sent a response that has not anything to do with the problem….the frontend editor changes the url in all links when saving…this is related to tinimce configuration in plugin (and for wordpress has a solution that does not work in this plugin)...there is no hooks or another way to replace the code in a child theme or custom plugin.

2. There are two types of lessons in the theme, Online and Offline courses. online Courses contain lessons, quizzes. You can use the course as a class with lessons via editing a single course. The Woocommerce products are offline courses that contain lessons in the PDF, Doc, etc formats. Students are able to download those files after purchasing a course, while in the LMS the lessons are online. Thanks for your interest in our MasterSutdy theme. 1-2. Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option in the theme. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request.
These options are under developing stage, we will add them in the next updates of the theme.
3. After publishing the course, they can be edited as well.
Please note, the MasterStudy plugin is included in the theme package, there is no need to purchase them separately.

In Profile settings of the STM LMS, you can use the option of Assigning students to course and allow instructors to add students to their own courses -> http://prntscr.com/t17pvj
Just enable this option, and instructors will be able to add students to their courses right from the profile page by using frontend builder. All they need to do is specify the course they want to add a student to, and enter the email of this student.-> http://prntscr.com/t17q3r

we followed your manual, it is fine. But many issues rising with LMS, you don’t describe the solution in that manual. I created tickets, for answers you people taking more time. As you said we will respond to ticket within 2 hours, but it take days to respond.
We will lost our business if we can’t fix the issue within hours. Hence kindly make sure to reply within 2 hours.
When i raise a ticket, i will get response after 3 days without proper solution, again i post the reply, again you will take 3 more days. like this continuing more days, meanwhile my students left and asking for refund, finally i am loosing my business.
This is not right way, support should direct contact with customers through chat or phone to fix the solutions immediately. Everyone now a days introduced chat support for immediate resolutions. in your site also Chat there, but they are saying as simply contact support team. For telling this information, chat not required right.
We know how to contact to support through tickets, we need direct chat with support team to explain better way and fix the solution faster.
