Hi, I just updated my theme hoping to fix my error with the update of WPBakery Page Builder, however I still get the error message:
"An error occurred while updating WPBakery Page Builder: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your WPBakery Page Builder. Got WPBakery Page Builder in theme?"Please help!
Please first deactivate and delete WP Bakery Page Builder and install new one by visiting admin panel >> appearance >> install plugins
Please note I am struggling to do responsive embedded youtube videos on my page, can you assist with the code and how to do this ? I can embed videos fine using “rich text” editor but the videos are not responsive.
in our new version we introduced HTML Code shortcode , you can place your code there and insert it in any column , then you can control the responsiveness of that column

I am using the Design Studio Template. The template has like a tablet and a phone on the landing page and I assume it has Images on them. How can I change these images? I can’t figure out where they are to change them.
Please visit Revolution Slider panel in admin panel and there you can find the slider which you need to edit.

First thanks for the quick answer. I already translated the entire site and unfortunately that text is not in the massive language file. In the blog masonry element, when you click the load more button, while loading shows “please wait” and i don’t know how can i translate that.
Thanks for letting us know , unfortunately that text should be translated by modifying the code , it’s located in custom.min.js in wp-content/theme/massive-dynamic/assets/js , edit that file and look for Please Wait , change that text and then check your website again.
Hello! I try to modify my page in ”live content edit section” after make more bigger some page the “live edit content” disapear…, I can’t modify cause almost any buttons don’t work (settings, animation, background) are gone….. if the page is more tiny, it doesn´t happen. Can you please help me? why the “live edit content” disapear?

this theme does not work with namecheap easyWP and I have to contact them everytime I want to use to enable some scripts of some sort on their end to be able to edit it. Is there any other hosting company that you would suggest? I have only ever used namecheap so I don;t want to go to another hosting comapny and have a similar problem.
Sorry to hear about your situation , actually it’s matter of requirement and permissions so maybe some extension or modules were not working correctly as just few of our users reported this issue , we recommend any hosting which are not managed by hosting as they will cause some permission issues , we hosted our websites on A2 Hosting normal hosting for long time and there was no issues.
Hey pixflow! I’ve used massive dynamic for some time without any problems but my support license has now ran out and I’ve encountered a problem all of a sudden.. whenever I click save using the front end editor it just never saves it just continuesly tries to save until I close the web page.. I’m trying to enable a side bar for the shop and it can only be achieved this way since it’s been turned off.

Actually it’s pretty alive as we are going to release an update next week and before that we were available for our users requests.
The Theme and the builder is fantastic but need some update and fix some issues… i really like and some many friends buy by my recomendation… so please make some upgrades and solve some problems in jenga builder… is a positive recomendation…

Hi, I have moved my working WEB site to a new provider. It’s all working but the section here ( https://prnt.sc/sw1bta ) . Although I can see the pictures I have set in the Editor the preview (and view) of the page “radovi” is not showing at all.
Must be some cheap trick but I can’t see where I’m wrong. Some hint, please?

if i did send u a screenshot it is just a screen shot of a screen. IDK what that is supposed to do. I go to customize after I install the theme and go to import template or whatever it is called chose one of them and then I go into edit it. I can add blocks and edit those blocks I have added but I cant edit the words of the blocks that are already there

you go to edit content and go to titles of the block it is in and it has the HTML code for it LET’S MAKE SOMETHING GREAT I change the LETS MAKE SOMETHING GREAT to soething else and hit apply and it dosent change anything

Hi there, is there a suitable SEO plugin that is more compatible with this theme? I purchased this theme and used Yoast SEO plugin as the SEO tool. However, Yoast doesn’t seem to recognise the text, image alt tag in the “Live Content Edit”. Hence, the SEO score is “0” for all my pages. Please advise, thx!
Hello there , Massive Dynamic is compatible with SEO plugins but the issue is the content reading for those plugins , as we are using shortcodes for creating our content and shorctodes are not readable by SEO plugin and therefore they can not detect those content and can not suggest the keyword and description but if you set them manually they will be readable for all search engines like before
Thanks for the reply. So when you said set them manually means I have to manually insert the words in “edit page” mode instead of “Live content edit” mode? Is there a tutorial to show me how to insert text among those confusing shortcodes?
Hello , actually we mean that you need to set SEO Keyword and SEO description in YOAST panel regardless of the plugin saying there is no content , the content and keyword and description will be visible to search engines for sure
