You’re right that the last update date shows 2023.
But Massive Dynamic works fully with the latest WordPress and PHP versions. Our technical team checks it all the time, and there are no major issues.
I also checked our Help Center and didn’t see any support request from you.
If you had any problem, we would be happy to help, but the update date alone is not a good reason for a 1-star review. Please contact our support team so we can assist you.

A great theme is nothing without good customer support and as I've just started my website I needed their support twice and both times it was really efficient. It's good to know that I can count on them.

This theme is great tool if you are looking for an easy to implement web site design for your business. It is pretty much a one click install and I'm sure it will be great for most people.

Every time I have ever had an issue with the website builder or anything relating to this product customer support has been nothing but amazing. I have used this product for 8 years at the time of writing this and several times I have thought about finding other web solutions when issues have come up, but as soon as I contact their support they have been responsive and thorough and resolved every issue I have had so far.

I have been working with this template for over a year and it is an excellent page builder for Wordpress. There are pre-designed page elements and also ones you can create yourself. There are also options to add custom CSS if needed. Very versatile and easy to set up. The customer support is excellent, I have asked for support in minor layout changes and the best way to set up specific pages and they have always been able to help and make successful changes. 100% would use this again on another website.

The header fails to synchronize with the general site settings.
The theme does not support SVG icons, and the provided icons are outdated and stylistically obsolete.
The entire theme is either poorly customizable or completely unresponsive to any changes.

Header Synchronization: We are unable to see the exact problem based on the information provided. Could you please explain more about the issue?
SVG Icons: By default, WordPress restricts the use of SVGs due to security concerns. However, Massive Dynamic includes an SVG option through the icon shortcode and image shortcode. If you’re having trouble uploading SVGs, there are several methods available to enable this feature. We’d be happy to guide you through the process.
Theme Customization: Customizability is one of our priorities. If you’re facing challenges with making changes, our support team is here to assist you with troubleshooting and solutions.
We genuinely want to help resolve any issues you’re experiencing with your website. However, we need more cooperation from you to do so effectively. Posting a review without first working with our support team does not give us a fair chance to address and resolve your concerns.

Great theme but the most important part for me (due to my short knowledge in development) came with a great customer service.
They dive into all the issues you report to offer a solution or make themselves the implementations.
