Why are background position options not displayed on Revolution Slider? Everytime I use Revolution Slider with Wordpress theme I always have those options under “Source” of the background image. How to enable them?

I see that this theme has not been updated since SEPT 2019. Do you have data on its performance for speed and compatibility with browsers, mobile devices etc?

All our themes are made with care, and it’s important to stress that Envato does thorough examinations and inspects all the themes featured on their market, they are all responsive and when it comes to the speed please note that for our demo site, we haven’t done specific site speed optimization because the main accent was put on showing all the features and elements from the theme, as well as keeping the highest quality of the photos. There are many ways and tricks for improving WordPress site speed ñ so-called speed optimization. A balance between size and quality is necessary. A good hosting server is also very important for the site´s performance. We always give advises to our users in support tickets when they build a site in our theme, what steps they should take in order to improve the speed. Google also offers PageSpeed Insights for detailed performance testing, though some people from the programming community say that this tool is not as accurate when it comes to analyzing and assessing website performance.

What about wpbakery and other premium plugins that cone with the theme and have not been updated since SEPT 2019? This is a MAJOR security issue. I also just checked the reviews and see buyers complaining of same issue.
It looks like a fine theme, it’s said that it’s been abandoned. Please update and I will buy.
PS: IMHO COVID19 excuses could be used in March-April…we are in July!!! There has been plenty of time to adjust and get your devs working from home, guys. Come on!

I’m getting the following error in the Instagram feed. {“error_type”: “OAuthException”, “code”: 400, “error_message”: “Invalid scope field(s): basic”} Apparently IG changed: The remaining Instagram Legacy API permission (“Basic Permission”) was disabled on June 29, 2020. As of June 29, third-party apps no longer have access to the Legacy API. To avoid disruption of service to your app and business, developers previously using the Legacy API should instead rely on Instagram Basic Display API and Instagram Graph API . Please request approval for required permissions through the App Review process.

hi, I need all the website template files to be updated asap. Only plugin-updates won’t work for us, as the templatefiles are almost a year outdated.
You promised 14 days ago that the update would be uploaded to Themeforest.
Can I insist that you ( finally ) provide this necessary update soon ?
