The same thing happened to me, I can’t edit with WP Bakery, all the templates are the same.
Can I have this demo https://bridge316.qodeinteractive.com/ with WP Bakery ? It’s a pity that this demo is not made with WP Bakery, as this is very user-friendly, and doesn’t need an expensive Elementor plugin of 49$+ a year

Do note that we do have certain demos are built with WPBakery and certain are built with Elementor, you can choose from either one of them to customize your site,
Native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well, however you will have to build your layout on your end with WPbakery.

If you have imported the https://bridge316.qodeinteractive.com/ as this is an Elementor demo you do get Elementor import of the content, you can use WPBakery but you will have to build your content with it as you can’t edit Elementor pages with it. It is a strange issue you encounter, not something we can replicate on our end. Please check if you have setup your menu items correctly as well as, if you are using some 3rd party plugins, try to deactivate them to see if possibly some of them are in conflict with our theme. As we can’t really guaranty theme compatibility with 3rd party plugins as they have not been tested.

Also even if a demo is Elementor you can still try to achieve building your content by following the design as you will always be able to use WPBakery to build your content the way you wish.

Hey, great theme! Have been using it for a long time now and also recommending it to our customers. We still prefer the WP Bakery builder, but it’s great both are available.
The only thing we’re missing is (quite a bit) is the Twitch icon when using the Quode Team widget with Social Icons. Could this be added in an update? It would make the theme available to our eSports customers.

You do add a Image Gallery shortcode where you do have an option to enable frame and set the frame layout. The same frame will be used on mobile device as well as there is no option to set a specific one for mobile devices.

Hi there. I have a serious issue. In one website we have an old version of Bridge 16.7. A long time without updating the theme ( choice of a person). A big mistake. Now that we have update wordpress and need to update the theme to the newest one . The site goes in fatal error. How can we proceed to solve this issue ? Thanks

Please note that several users reported 500 error ( white screen ) when updating the theme, the troublemaker is a remaining folder which got left behind after uninstalling old Envato Toolkit plugin ( this plugin is now discontinued, Envato Market plugin should be used instead ). The solution is to go to wp-content/themes/bridge/framework/modules/ and delete ‘envato-wordpress-toolkit’ folder.

Hi – Please can a member of your team help?! – After extending and paying ‘again’ for another 6months support – I raised a ticket over a week ago (#43774) regarding an ongoing problem with with Quick Links feature. I spent quite a bit of time sending additional info to help you detect the problem and even did a fresh install test to make sure the error wasn’t mine!
