Will there ever be an update for this theme? A lot of things are out of date and even on support pages its said that updates are going to be made….. but the last update was over a year ago. It doesn’t seem like much is happening. Can we at least get updated WooCommerce templates. We pay for this to receive no update in over a year is insulting.

Hey I am getting this notification with the current version of Wordpress and Woocommerce.
“Your theme (Byanca) contains outdated copies of some WooCommerce template files. These files may need updating to ensure they are compatible with the current version of WooCommerce. Suggestions to fix this:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available contact your theme author asking about compatibility with the current WooCommerce version.
If you copied over a template file to change something, then you will need to copy the new version of the template and apply your changes again.”

Hello, Using the sidebar on the product page, all filters such as price and color are displayed normally. Then, when we move to a category or tag, not all filters are displayed like the color filter that we added.

I am looking for a Woocommerce that I can use for more than one website with one licence:
As I make websites and first I install it in a personal domain and when it´s done I move it to my client domain, I need that the theme doesnt ask me for a “licence code” to use it.
Is this possible with this theme?

Thanks for taking an interest Francisco. we do have our register module, where you can register the theme. You can read more about it here.
Also, you should know that as per regular license you can only use one purchase on one domain. However you do have all the right to install the theme and register it on your test domain, once you are finished you can always deregister the theme and transfer it to your live domain.

Also, we have started recommending the third-party Instagram Feed plugin to our customers, as the plugin is more specialized for Instagram, and we did not have any compatibility issues with it. Their plugin has already been updated to be compatible with the API changes so you could try it out until our developers find a suitable solution.

I join the previous question. When you plan to update. Some woocommerce templates are not up to date with the latest version of woocommerce. There are also some minor issues. Besides, the Theme is great, I would like to stay with it for a very long time! Good Job!

Regarding outdated WooCommerce templates, this doesn’t mean that our theme is not compatible with the latest WC version, it just means that we need to go through overwritten template files and update their versions. Single product in Byanca theme doesn’t have a zoom on hover feature, it is using lightbox functionality which is default theme behavior.

Pre-sales queries:
1. On all Product pages you had displayed 1+4 images. Can we add more images for a single product? How many we can add?
2. If more images are added, then on left side how images will appear? Will there be top-bottom scroll button or all Images will be fit within the height of Main image?
3. Is Zoom magnifier possible for all images of a single product? Right now I can see it’s applicable only on 1st / Main image.
4. In Mobile view, can we have 2 products displayed in a row, as a thumbnail, for a specific category?

1. & 2 You can add as many images you wish, however for better layout if you have more than 4 images we suggest you to set the option that the images are Below featured image
There will not be a scroll bar if you add your images on the left side but it can be a bit tricky fitting the content if the images are on the left side and you have many images added, as the height is calculated by the main image.
3. Regarding click behaviour on main image, you can choose from two different Lightbox options like shown in the screenshot https://www.screencast.com/t/GYUHY7H8 but if you want zoom functionality you would have to use some third party plugin since there’s no such theme option. In some of the theme we used this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/yith-woocommerce-zoom-magnifier/ for that purpose.
4. There is no option within the theme to set this kind of layout on mobile devices however it can be done by adding a small piece of CSS code.

I don’t have any problem with showing sidebar on the shope page and the category pages. This tutorial doesn’t show how to do this in “Product Category” pages.

In order to display the sidebar on your Category pages, you should first enable and choose the shop sidebar for your default Shop page. That way the category page will inherit the sidebar from the shop page. It is well explained in the article we have provided you with.

I am talking about “PRODUCT CATEGORIES”.
You should know this as a theme developer right?
I have found out that the standart sidebar doesn’t work on product categories. If you select shop siderbar as deafult, then it will show up on the product category pages.
