When I install the required plugins, I’m getting a screen for “One-Time Backward Compatiblity Wizard”. It says “We have made some major changes in the latest version that requires a one-time compatiblity wizard to make sure everything is fine after the update.”. When I click on ‘Start’, nothing happens.
I can’t get out of it and can’t do anything else in the admin section.

Pre sales question,
1) can add a payment method to booking? 2) can select wich hour client can book a service? 3) When a book is apply for example 23 jun at 6pm, this time slot disappear to prevent another booking in the same hour?

Please see my responses below.
1) We have a built-in FREE Appointments Booking system available that can be included in a specific pricing plan but there is no fee or commission option per booking. So the only way admin can earn is to create a premium pricing plan that includes appointment booking feature.

2) Currently the way it works is very simple. The appointment booking system uses the same Opening hours that is set by each listing owner and breaks into slots (15mins, 30mins, etc) and this slot duration can be changed by the listing owner. So the day the business is closed that day there will be no appointments and it will say DAY OFF on the calendar when a user tries to book an appointment. But there is no option to block certain days or time slots directly from the appointment booking. Hope this clarifies.
3) Once a user request appointment for a slot, that slot will be unavailable for booking until the listing owner cancels/rejects the appointment. So the system doesn’t allow double booking.

We have built our own checkout process for Paid Listings and Ads. WooCommerce is not required. Hence we do not support WooCommerce officially. To understand more our mission and goal on why we haven’t included WooCommerce as default, you can check the following article. Thanks for your response. We had 3 theme, “listingpro”, “listingpro child” and Twenty Twenty I followed the instruction on your youtube and the link you provided and removed the listingpro child. However, when I tried to upgrade I got error “Destination folder already exists. /home/…/…/wp-content/themes/listingpro/ . I renamed the existing listingpro folder which allowed to install the theme however it only upgraded “listingpro” theme not “listingpro child” theme.
How do I upgrade the listingpro child theme which still has version 1, seems like the instruction is to upgrade listingpro theme ?
