1. You can create as many rooms you wish adding their photos, descriptions and amenities. Each room booking can be accessed within our themes options Bookings

2. You can book different rooms at once if you wish that, we suggest you to try our to book different rooms on our website demo page.

3. All our themes are responsive and you can always check the theme demo website on smaller devices to see its performance.

4. The Alloggio booking system is our own where the reservation form is integrated within the theme and the process of purchasing goes through WooCommerce where we do use their functionality for this purpose.

The customer that book a room do get a notification mail once they go through the purchase. As well as you can consider using a Woocommerce extension for more detailed notification such as this one

4. You could consider using this for MailChimp integration https://woocommerce.com/products/mailchimp-for-woocommerce/

5. General payment methods included can be enabled within our options here as well as you can check the payment methods for WooCommerce here

We have not tested integration with any OTA, however if there is an extension for Woocommerce for this purpose you could try to use it.

Thanks for taking an interest! You can for sure create 2 different landing pages having a Room list where you select a specific Room type that you have created. So one page can present type A and the other one type B. This way you will filter only rooms for a certain type and the booking system will work as intended for both of you types.

1. The theme can be used with WPBakery as well.

But please note that native import method comes with Elementor, so when you run import tool you will get Elementor content, however you can switch to WPBakery and use it instead, all the same shortcodes are included as well, you will have to build your pages with WPbakery as there is no demo content build with this plugin, but all the shortcodes are compatible with it.

2. You will need to translate the theme, all our theme labels are translatable and you can read more about it here

3. When it comes to different prices for seasons, daily or promotion packages we do not have this feature included however possible it will be added in the future update, as we have noted our team about it for consideration. Currently one room can have only one price for an adult or child where you have a setting to set for child price or adult price.

1. So when a room is booked i and if the order status is processing or completed then it will not be available. Availability will be changed if the order of the Room is competed or processing. If it is somehow cancelled then you will see all orders in Woocommerce > Orders or Allegigion Room > Booking, as well as get a notification about the cancelled room, but you will need to change the status of the order to canceled on your side.

At the moment we do not have a membership plugin from where the users could cancel the order on their end. The only way to cancel an order is if they send a mail, but we have notified or dev team about it for consideration on adding such a feature in future update.

2. We do use Woocommerce functionality for this purpose so for payment types you can select them in Woocommerce > Settings > Paymentshere as well as you can read more about payments for Wocommerce here.

Sorry but I have to correct my previous answer, what is important is that the native import comes with Elementor content and not WPBakery. Our misstake. We hope this is clear now.

As for your other question, we do have a process of registering/deregistering the theme and you can read more about it here which does give you a possibility to migrate or move your domain to another one for sure.

4/ the theme included member login function ?

Thanks for taking an interest! 1. We are using our own booking for the rooms where you will be able to check for availability and book a room if it is available and it is connected with WooCommerce checkout integration plugin.

So integration with google calendar and microsoft calendar has not been tested and we cannot guaranty this.

2. When it comes to the pricing you do have an option to set 2 different prices for adult and children, so unfortunately we do not have an option for seasonal pricing.

3. As the booking is handled through Woocommerce integration you could consider using their extension to achieve something similar.

4. Unfortunately we do not have a membership plugin within our theme, you can always consider trying our some of the 3rd party plugins for this purpose. However, we cannot recommend any nor guaranty compatibility with our theme.

Thanks. But I need more information of details admin area. Like: different Seasons, Daily pricing, promotion packages, discounts, calendar view, booking rules, emails etc. Does it have that? Is there a chance to check admin?

Unfortunately we do not have any testing environment but you can always check our theme documentation to get a better grip on how the theme is functioning and what possibilities you do have with it. 1. 2. Could you please clarify more about what exactly you refer to when you say calendar views and booking rules.
