Hello,

I bought AVADA a few days ago. I want the theme to be in Spanish. I followed the instructions of Theme Fusion, but the theme did not change to Spanish. I have sent a ticket to support and the answer tells me that they think they have a problem with the location of their computer and that it is blocking them and that they cannot enter in my WP Admin URL.

This is their response:

“This is actually an issue with the location I believe, what i see is this which means my IP is restricted”

Please I need the theme in Spanish.

Could you please send the ticket to another person with best location.

We have an option where you can choose to show the Header (and the menu) after a Slider. You can find more info about that here

We also have a header builder in development/beta testing that’ll be released in the coming weeks. It’ll let you build a custom header as you please. So you can have all kinds of header layouts like that.

One license is required required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on second website than an additional license is required.

Hey there, is there any way, how to disable avada translations? Unfortunately i can’t understand settings in my native language :D Is there any way how to do in settings or I must edit functions.php / delete Avada.pot file?

By default, Avada would not be translated unless the translation files are added. (it will be in English). If you want to delete the added translations, please delete any language files added in wp-content/language/themes (if you have added it in this location)

Hi there, I have an issue concerning the use of Mailchimp for WP plugin. I’m trying to create a “submit to newsletter” form featured in the footer but for some reason the form does not inherit the theme (and the rest of the website’s) button appearance. It looks like an old 90’s windows button and I can’t seem to change that anywhere. I’ve used the plugin with another WP website and another theme and it worked fine but no matter what I do it doesn’t here. Tried deactivating the plugin, removing the API code and creating a new one, deleting the plugin etc. nothing works. Hope you can help me. Thanks.

Since its a 3rd party plugin, we do not offer design integration for it. For plugins that we advertise integration with e.g. the Contact Form 7 plugin, their forms will style like Avada without issues.

Before buying the theme I have a couple of questions: - does the theme supports 3rd parties shortcodes to be put onto the builder? - I need images to be automatically fixed at the bottom of a container and not on the top? Something like this: There are two diiferent-height images but they are anchored to the bottom of the div, not to the top. I need this to be fixed, not to work everytime on the matgin-top or padding-top. Let me know!

You can always put custom code inside our code block or text block element, however we can not provide any guarantee about 3rd party plugin or Shortcode in that case, for the images to be aligned itself you will definitely require some custom CSS unless you want to assign them to the background of the column.

Hi, I just bought the theme. I have a question, if I Install the theme and validate the token in a temporary domain can i deactivate after finished and activate the token in the final client domain?

Yes, that is fine as long as you delete Avada from the temporary domain once the site is moved to the final domain.

If you need to use Avada on two live/productions sites e.g., then a second license is required.

Do the forms work our fo the box as shown in the demos? For example, the Book Now form on the Driving Scholl demo. Does this work as shown or are we required to code this?

The $50 Installation service and fee is actually not from us but ENVATO studio itself actually, however you don’t have to pay $50 at all because theme Installation can be done yourself easily and we have very detailed documentation as well as videos available for it, please see the links on how you can install Avada yourself in easy steps below.

For the AMP plugin, you can actually install it from Appearance > Plugins section and there should be no issues.

Is it possible, to purchase your theme and installing it locally (instead of production server) to be able to configure the layout, and then move to production?

Where are the many configurations stored? (in order to transfer them from local server to production server, without having to reconfigure everything again).

Is OK to register the product locally and then on the production server? (so we can also test the plugins that have to be downloaded?)

The above questions are for a store with woocommerce.

Yes, you can install the theme locally. We do have an article on how this can be done. Please do refer the article here. Once you do have the local site ready, you can install the theme in the standard manner as you would in the an online WP install. Documentation here

I just purchased the theme and… you guys are totally damaged! Asking me to provide access to all my purchased items, downloads and so on and so on. I disagree so how do I activate the theme now?!?

There is some major misunderstanding here. The Token permissions you set allows access to downloading the theme files, our prebuilt websites and the bundled premium plugins. We do not store that info on our servers – the token stays only on your WordPress installation. If you remove the registration info/Token from the Avada registration page in your WordPress Dashboard e.g., you will notice the access to download premium plugins is removed.

So if you wish, you can keep no Token there, and will be able to manually install the theme, plugins and our prebuilt websites (via the alternate demo downloda method).

For the patches, as the message states, we do not collect any data that can be used to identify you. Its only anonymous data like your WordPress version, PHP version and allows you to receive timely patches that are compatible with your WordPress/PHP versions.

I know you can lock some parts of your theme as demos, etc. However, you did not state that in your sales page here on themeforest so I did not know that i have to grant access and if you tell that is misunderstanding … well how should i know if the token is not send from the patches with the other information which i did not agree to be send? Can I? So now i have to spend the time to investigate how secure is your theme because you totally disrespect users privacy. When I say you i mean avada theme not you Abbas.

Is simple as that “We do not store that info on our servers – the token stays only on your WordPress installation.” You have send information out from my website without asking for permission and I can not be sure what or when you are going to send next time.

In everything that we do, we take privacy very seriously, and there is no dissemination or storing of any personal information anywhere and at any time. As is the case here, API’s are used to validate only specific data. An API is a set of routines, protocols, and/or tools used for building or managing software applications.

Now to clarify and explain how this all works, there are two points to note:

- When you register the theme via a secure token key that you generate, no personal information is stored, and the data validated against the Envato API is as follows http://bit.ly/2KXk3eJ – There is no personal information. Once registered, the system verifies that the purchase is valid, and then you can install the two required plugins.

- To display the patches (in the Dashboard) that are relevant to the installed themes version number, the following information is sent to the US server for validation https://d.pr/i/eMR3ES – As you can see and at no point is personal information stored anywhere, which is made clear.

So to summarize in layman’s terms, the first point above is to register securely and to assist us in mitigating piracy. For the second point above, the patches you see in the Dashboard are specific to the version of the theme you are running. If you are not running the latest version of the theme (for example), you will only see the patches related to that specific version of the theme. Patches released for (example) version 6.2 cannot be applied to version 6.2.3, and so on.
