You can translate the Complete Theme to any language as per your requirements using Loco Translate plugin, Please watch and follow the instructions showing in this video that how to translate the Theme using Loco Translate Plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_X4mELtYDM&t=20s and simply you can change any word translated as well as per your requirements by changing it into the Theme Language files using Loco Translate plugin.​

Some parts are coming from WooCommerce as well so its better to translate WooCommerce plugin as well to the same language by following the same video steps.

I am trying to install shop 1 with woocommerce. Can you confirm me if Elementor pro is the version included on the theme? because I see “upgrade to Pro” banner and I want to use it for woocommerce, who is only available on pro version. You can always update the plugin from Appearance >> Install Plugins OR you can download the latest version of the plugin from here:

You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.

First of all, please go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and Install and Activate the Yith WooCommerce Wishlist plugin from there and then go to Yith >> Wishlist >> Wishlist page options and select the wishlist page from there and save changes and check your site after removing the browser cache.

I am very happy to meet a great theme. But I have a problem. The Revolution Slider plugin is not activated. The plug-in prompted me to update, and I updated it, but it kept repeating the message to keep updating it.

1. You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in Theme Package OR You can download the latest plugin from here:

And there is no need to activate or purchase the new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.

So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.

2. That is not the slider revolution slider, but this is the slider set using Porto Product Categories element, please edit your page and you will find the element, change anything by editing it as per your requirements.

Before you say it is a plugin issue, it is not a plugin issue. I have tested this with other themes like flatsome and the default twenty20 theme and Apple Pay works perfectly. My support ticket number is 94807. Please fix this issue asap.

Clearly speaking, We have not tested that particular plugin yet with the Theme officially so we are unable to suggest you on it, and nor that plugin is included in the third-party plugin compatible list confirmed from our end. We do not care that if any plugin works with any other Theme then it must have to work with Porto as well, There are hundreds of thousands of WP plugins, and this is not possible to make all the WP plugins compatible with the single Theme, there may be many of the plugins which work with the Porto WordPress theme but not other themes, that make sense right…

And please be patience, once your support ticket will be resolved you will get the reply of your support ticket.

Thanks for your reply. It is not good to hear that you do not CARE about your customers. The plugin is STRIPE. One of the most used payment gateway in Wordpress if not the world. I will wait for a hopefully more positive reply from support.

I do not tell any where that we do not care about our customers, but I told we do not care about any other Theme functionality, that the other Theme provides and Porto not, because all the Themes have different functionalities and coding standards and options, but as a customer you also try to understand the company policy, we do not provide our dedicated support for any of the third party plugin issue which we have not tested officially with the Theme and no matter what plugin that is, because this requires Customization and we do not provide our Customization services for free. You can request as a feature for it OR you can avail the paid Customization services as well. Is there a template that I can overwrite the default my-account, my-account/orders pages? Default one isn’t looking good. Also how can I change the button style on my-account/orders page? Like “view”, “processing” button?

No, sorry to say that but this is not possible, my-account and order pages are the default WooCommerce pages and you have to Customize it by Customizing the WooCommerce Core files, OR you can contact our Customization team as well.

You can change the button style using Custom CSS.
