Morning, I’ve some problems with Front End Section.
1. Login: Dosn’t works, when I click on the button “Registration/Login” from the “Edit Profile” page, nothing appen..
2. 1. Make sure to create a terms and conditions page if you haven’t already then go into Real Estate 7 Options > Front End Login & Registration > Terms & Conditions > search and set your page there screenshot https://cl.ly/bb88b158b8b0
Then check the “I agree to…” when registering that user in the front end before clicking “Submit” and you should be good to go.
2. That’s due to your server configuration you’ll need to contact your host and make sure the “mime_type” module for PHP is enabled.
Everything done with Front End Login, but dosn’t work anymore. Actually I’m working to my website in local with a PHP simulator program for database.
Could this cause this problems?
Gotcha, yeah that can definitely be the issue. If it was working but now isn’t you’ll need to backtrack what’s changed and diagnose.
The website is totally new, so.. I’m working in local because now on the host there is the old website active. When I’ll terminate the set up of the new website I’ll go to transfer it online.
I think the last test will be on the first days the site will be effectivelly online.

so.. finally I’ve transfered the site on a online hosting. Something is giong better but other things already don’t works:
1. The login/registration botton for frontpage area dosn’t works. When I click on it nothing happen.
2. Another problem with front end: when I’ve insert a new listing and I’m going to save it the website go – correctly – to the “my listings” page BUT the new record is not saved. There is no trace anywhere.
1. Use right-click > inspect > then click the Console tab and check for any red errors.
2. Same as number 1, sounds like there are errors or conflicts which aren’t allowing things to work properly.

The first is related to the mobile menu but is being caused by a script conflict, the second isn’t a script that’s included with the theme and is most likely coming from a plugin that’s been added. You’ll need to deactivate any non-required and test.
Ok, I’ve found the problem for the second error and deactivate plug in, but the result don’t change: nothing happen when I click on the button for login/registration.
I haven’t send you that in the previous message:

Same deal its a script conflict the login/register modal relies on some JS to popup, you’ll need to sort those errors out.
the last one error reported is not from the login/registration page but from the instert listing page (front end)
In the listing/registration page there is only the error relative to the mobile menu. But I don’t know what determine that..
There isn’t a physical login/register page included with the theme itself, it just uses a modal for both functions, its also a global piece accessible from the upper right of the site “Login/Register” depending on which header style you’re using.
I don’t use the header style of the theme, but one done by me with elementor.
Then you’re also not using the themes login/register modal, in that case you would have to build out your own. Unfortunately, in-depth modifications like this are outside the scope of my support. Hope you understand.

Morning, just another issue that I’m unable to solve: I’ve installed a search widget in the home page, but when I click on search on it the only result is the site reload the home page.
When I click to search botton I would like to open a new page of the site with results and the extended versione of searching instruments.
Have to set up a page for search results? Where I can find the shortcode for elementor to do it?

Morning, if you’re being redirected its due to the homepage not using the “Home” page template, its an easy fix though.
Have a look at the video in https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/elementor/#1-toc-title I talk about the homepage setup about halfway through
- Go into Real Estate 7 Options > Homepage > Layout Manager Only enable the “Elementor” block
- Then go to the Elementor sub panel right there and set the page you’d like
- Then use Elementor to build out that page however you’d like

hi i just install theme and then pop up a script and after that i install child theme , install plugin and after that i select elementor 1 demo but that demo not import . some time shows 20% done then further start and 1 or 2% and not complete so please solve my issue
Hi. Its due to your server timing out on the demo import process, keep in mind my demos have a TON of very large images which take some time to download depending on the server resources. Did you make sure to check https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/installation-demo-import/#theme-requirements before running the wizard, you’ll need to make sure your PHP settings are correct as outlined in the documentation.
Once you’ve done that the easiest way to get it back is to use the WordPress Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, sets you back to WordPress default database then just reactivate my Real Estate 7 theme and you’ll be directed to the setup wizard then just follow the steps and make sure to select and import a demo on step 4, as outlined in my narrated instructional video https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/installation-demo-import/

Once you’ve activated that plugin do the following;
- Go to Dashboard (upper left of your WordPress admin)

The first value is your “set” or local value and the second one is the “server actual” this is the most important, if it doesn’t match your set value it means your host doesn’t allow for changing that or your current hosting plan is laready maxed out and you’ll need to talk with your hosts support.

Dear, I’ve another problem (problably because I’m not so good programmer).
I’ve imported listings by WP All import but there is some issue with taxonomy: after imported all listings I can’t visualize listings through my widget on the page of the site (I use elementor).
I’ve found that – for some reason – the taxonomy “for sale” and “rental” is imported but don’t works correctly with widget: in order to see the listings in the widget I am forced to cancel it and reset manually the “For sale” and “rental” from the modify listings panel.
Once this is done, the listing appears in the widget, but not before.
I’ve this problem with the listing imported from wp all import but not if I create it manually. The strange things are that seems WP All import imported correctly all taxonomies.. but for some reason the widget seems not checking that.
Morning, sounds like the data you’re importing isn’t correct, the old “garbage in, garbage out” adage applies, I can’t help a whole lot with data mapping and WP All Import but you’ll need to check your data source first make sure the Status is proper.
The only issue I can report to you is that in the xml file the value for the Rental (Affitto) and For Sale (Vendita) is reported as “A” and “V”.
The only operation I’ve done it’s to change the value “V” in “Vendita” and the value “A” in “Affitto” by the apposite field for “mapping rules” in WP All Import.
In your opinion this could be a problem for compatibiliy?

I’ve some reason to think is not a WP All importo issue. I try to explain you.
Today I’ve set up the front end pages of the site and there is no problem with listings visualization: all listings are visible, in the correct taxonomies.
The problem I refered you with the listings in our last conversation persist ONLY when I use the widget for Elementor.
To resolve it is “sufficient” for me to update – manually – the publication of the listing - without making any changes! – and “magically” this listing apper in the widget.
So, really.. I don’t understand whats the problem!

My problem persist:
- I can see all the listings in all pages of the website without problems, but I’ve problems only with the slide show elementor modules. Modules give me this message: “no results for those listings parameters.”.
To resolve the problem I’ve to manually open a single listing in edit mode, and update it.
After that operation the listing appear on the slideshow without any other changes.
I’ve this problem only when I insert an Elementor modules in the page.
The listings are regular visible on the other section of the website and the search works correct.
From WP all import the support tell me there ins’t a WP all import issue.
So, hope you can suggest me some solutions.

Sorry there’s really nothing I can suggest there hope you understand, the single listing views also don’t include any Elementor modules. But it sounds like the listing slider is null, so it causing script conflicts with everything else on the page.
I’ve this problem only with carousel modules for elementor. In the page I can’t see any type of conflict. No errors in the inspection.
So? really don’t understand where is the problem, because I don’t understand what could change in the listing when I only update it without make changes… hope you give me some input!
The carousel module is from the Elementor plugin itself not tied to the theme or listings, but it sounds like the listings aren’t in “Publish” status and the reason you’re having to do that from the backend and then they show.
Ok, the WP All Import team have found the problem and fixed it. This is the support message with the solution:

Morning, most likely a referrer problem or you don’t have all three APIs enabled for your Google Cloud Key, Use right-click > inspect > then click the Console tab and check for any red errors.
Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token this is what I get from console
Check the line from where that error is being produced.
The first error is causing the issue as well as other scripts to fail, you’ll need to right click > view source and find line 874.
I disabled the custom maps and the code and it works, thought the custom maps worked on the single listing map… I want to use custom maps but for the time being is not essential. The error was on the custom code.
Recommend using their free plugin instead https://snazzymaps.com/plugins/wordpress much easier and no chance for errors.

Hi, sounds like you might be on a WordPress Multisite installation, from which you have to install the theme a little differently, have a look at https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-and-setup-wordpress-multisite-network/#themesplugins
Do keep in mind that the license you purchased is only good for a single domain (including subdomains or subfolders) in order to use the theme on a Multisite Network you would need to purchase an extended license if you plan on running it for multiple sites under said network.
If you don’t plan on doing that I’d highly suggest installing the normal version of WordPress and then running the theme as usual.

Hi, I’ve just installed Real Estate 7 with WP All Import Plug In. I’ve tried to import a xml file from a real estate web portal.
I’ve this issue: all the imported data are correct, but when I try to open a record from the Listin page in view mode, I receive an error message that say me than page does not exist.
Have I to set something up?
Morning, that’s a simple htaccess/permalink error, just need to resave your permalinks and you’ll be all set check out this KB article https://contempo.ticksy.com/article/5977/ but if you’ve already tried all that you’ll need to connect to your server via FTP and delete the .htaccess file > test with plain > then go back into your WordPress admin and set your permalinks again.
Ok, I go to try.. but I think it’s strange because if I create a Listing in manual mode I’ve not this problem. I’ve this problem only when I create Listings imported by Wp All Import…

Then its an issue with how they’re being mapped and created, I’d check also that they’re “published” and not in “draft” or “pending”, otherwise you’ll also see that “page not found” error.

Hi, make sure you’re uploading to all the logo areas in Real Estate 7 Options > Header > Custom Logo sounds like you’re missing one or more depending on your setup. Also if you’ve made any SSL changes make sure to reselect or upload the logo again.

Morning, you’ll need to add a slug to the “Tag” field in Appearance > Widgets > Single Listing Sidebar and select the appropriate widget, then you’ll be all set.
