1. Go into Real Estate 7 Options > Homepage > Layout Manager Only enable the “Elementor” block
2. Then go to the Elementor sub panel right there and set the page you’d like
3. Then use Elementor to build out that page however you’d like

Once you’ve activated that plugin do the following;

1. Go to Dashboard (upper left of your WordPress admin)

The first value is your “set” or local value and the second one is the “server actual” this is the most important, if it doesn’t match your set value it means your host doesn’t allow for changing that or your current hosting plan is laready maxed out and you’ll need to talk with your hosts support.

For further support you’ll need to purchase an extended pack as yours is expired.

The carousel module is from the Elementor plugin itself not tied to the theme or listings, but it sounds like the listings aren’t in “Publish” status and the reason you’re having to do that from the backend and then they show.

Ok, the WP All Import team have found the problem and fixed it. This is the support message with the solution:

The first error is causing the issue as well as other scripts to fail, you’ll need to right click > view source and find line 874.

I disabled the custom maps and the code and it works, thought the custom maps worked on the single listing map… I want to use custom maps but for the time being is not essential. The error was on the custom code.

Recommend using their free plugin instead https://snazzymaps.com/plugins/wordpress much easier and no chance for errors.

Hi, sounds like you might be on a WordPress Multisite installation, from which you have to install the theme a little differently, have a look at https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-install-and-setup-wordpress-multisite-network/#themesplugins

Do keep in mind that the license you purchased is only good for a single domain (including subdomains or subfolders) in order to use the theme on a Multisite Network you would need to purchase an extended license if you plan on running it for multiple sites under said network.

If you don’t plan on doing that I’d highly suggest installing the normal version of WordPress and then running the theme as usual.

Hi, make sure you’re uploading to all the logo areas in Real Estate 7 Options > Header > Custom Logo sounds like you’re missing one or more depending on your setup. Also if you’ve made any SSL changes make sure to reselect or upload the logo again.

Hi. Its due to your server timing out on the demo import process, keep in mind my demos have a TON of very large images which take some time to download depending on the server resources. Did you make sure to check https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/installation-demo-import/#theme-requirements before running the wizard, you’ll need to make sure your PHP settings are correct as outlined in the documentation.

Once you’ve done that the easiest way to get it back is to use the WordPress Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, sets you back to WordPress default database then just reactivate my Real Estate 7 theme and you’ll be directed to the setup wizard then just follow the steps and make sure to select and import a demo on step 4, as outlined in my narrated instructional video https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/installation-demo-import/

Thank you for your timely response. However, the hosting providers I have spoken to all say they can accommodate your:PHP settings (See Installation documentation) IF I upgrade to a dedicated server or VPN. A $400 cost I was not expecting to have to pay, in order to enjoy your RE7 template.

If you would, please explain where, in your documentation do you disclose this minor (major) detail? This ommission is costing our company valuable time, and soon, more money!. If your customer needs to upgrade to a VPN or DS then be up front and say so. However for boutique real estate agencies, this is an unnecessary expense to have to undergo.

ISSUES max_execution_time 40000 **Max execution time of 40K is surprising to every provider I speak with. 4K has been what BlueHost and Host Gator can offer without switching to a DS or VPN.

My last ray of hope before throwing in the towel is, I have a form submitted to Cloudway (your recommended provider) to see what they can offer. If the outcome is not feasible to run this template, so be it, but I will be asking for a refund, if there is no other way I can have the RE7 template properly installed having the “Multi-Listing Demo 1 WP Bakery”, and its demo content properly running.
