Sure, The question is if there are many courses and many categories, is it possible to permit to the instructors only see some defined categories and not all of them ? For example Instructor A only see course categories 1,2 and 3 and Instructor B only see course categories 4,5 and 6
Unfortunately, there is no such option in the theme by default. It needs to customize the core templates of the theme in order to realize your request.

We also need to upload files like pdf file and audio file. I want these can only be assessed by student enrolled and nobody can see these files or download just searching on google or going in wordpress media file urls. Is it possible in your theme and lms to protect these files?

The Woocommerce products are offline courses that contain lessons in the PDF, Doc, etc formats. Students are able to download those files after purchasing a course, while in the LMS the lessons are online.

Hi Team, hope all is well.
Would just like to ask the following pre-sales question as I’m planning to create a non-profit LMS but with course restriction who can enroll to the course. In otherwords, I don’t need the woocommerce or any cart integration.
Would this setup be possible: 1. Instructor create a course with a high price to prevent others from enrolling. 2. Instructor will create a 100% off coupon that will serve as the password for the students to enroll in the course. 3. Admin (me) or the instructor to create a group course with free payment (zero cost). 4. Group owner can add students to this group 5. All courses assigned to this group can be enrolled by all members of the group by purchasing it and by using the coupon.
Or any courses included in the group course will be free to enroll for all members if I make the group course fee as zero or free.

Thank you for your response. I have read that the instructor can add students from the front end. With the regular license, can the instructor set a price (e.g $999) to the course to prevent other students from joining?
My objective is to offer FREE courses that is restricted. The workaround that I could think of is to overprice the course so other will not join and that the course will be limited only to the invites of the instructor.
With the regular license, would that be possible?
Yes, the admin or the instructor of the course can set any price for the course. Please note, users should be registered on the site in order to be able to enroll courses

Could you confirm my understading about the description of the regular license which states “use, by you or one client, in a single end product which end users are not charged for”
I understand that selling of courses that the end users(students) is charged for, will not be allowed (i.e. woocommerce or any similar addon is disabled unless I upgrade to pro). Is that correct?
If yes, that would be good in my case as I’m planning to use it for non-profit, however, can I still set a price for the course so I could limit joiners even if I only have a regular license? Will others be able to add it on the cart but will not be able to buy since woocommerce (or similar addon) is disabled, as a result they will not be able to enroll? Just ensuring that the course is still restricted only to invited users.

The theme license is not related to the course selling options. According to the Themeforest license policy, with the regular license, you can use the theme only one domain. You are able to use activation token three times for testing the theme on dev servers.

Login redirect
Hello. I have configured header style online courses in theme options. When I try to login into the page it shows me a pop up menu and it is not redirecting to the profile user, however if I click sign in it takes me to a page where I can sign up or login and if I login into the page it does redirect me to my profile. How can I fix the issue with the pop up menu ?

The live stream lesson type directly connected with the YouTube service by default. The theme and LMS plugin don’t control the default settings of the YouTube service. In the theme by default, you can create Live Stream lessons. Hi! I’ve added a couple of lessons to a course and now I don’t stop receiving emails saying “Course added to User”. I have received 84 emails in less than half hour.

Hi, please which is the best way to create a zoom conference in a lesson for a course? I understand there are 2 ways, 1 from profile dashboard (but is missing zoom conference type – see picture https://snipboard.io/NK6cCd.jpg) and 2 from wp lessons admin dashboard. Hi, I’ve just read the documentation. this for me only works with streaming option. In the admin panel the function “zoom conference” doesn’t work and there’s no zoom conference in the option list in user dashboard course function. As you see in the picture https://snipboard.io/sDPgbM.jpg
Obviously I tried in a Firefox window with erased cache
Have you set HOST for the user who is creating the course from your attached screenshot? If there is no host related to the user, this user/instructor won’t be able to view the Zoom conference lesson type in general

There is no such kind of possibility by default. You can try to manage via custom css in order to appear the bundles’ element after the courses (you can insert the custom css under the appearance -> customize -> css field) -> http://prntscr.com/t8zx7e
