1.I can edit a bit of code but i cant find a location at the back-end in WordPress or do I need to look somewhere else for login page edit.

Also the email is not being sent do i require to install a SMTP plugin to make it work?

Also need to change cover pictures of the course page where the name and price is(background).

Hi how to edit Courses Archive page header title? I tried to use Loto Translte, but i can not finde word of ‘Courses Archive’

Why does it take forever before getting a response from support. There are so many bugs which I have complained about and they are yet to be resolved.

It is so tiring and discouraging having spent so much time creating a course only for students to complain about so many issues which you try to figure out on your own because support takes forever to respond.

Can you please fix the many issues I have raised in 3 different support tickets?

Please can you confirm that this is an LMS. Also, please confirm if your LMS has the functionality that when a user logs and takes a course if they do not finish the course and they log back in the LMS is smart enough to know exactly where they stopped. Is this function available.

Hey, I notice that the header with the logo and menu seems to be full width on the homepage and not the inner pages. It seems to be contained in the other pages. Is that by design and is there a way to change that?

1) I see that you have several demo options. If I activated the Elearning II, could I also add a separate tab for the test prep? Would prefer for students to have the option to just do test practise and separately pay for that, if they choose. 2) There was an option for live classes. How does this work? 3) On the events page, is there an option for a live webinar? 4) When an instructor uploads a course, does this come to the admin for approval or straight gets approved? 5) Is there anyway to only accept certain email addresses? Such as a company email instead of a hotmail, gmail, yahoo etc. 6) Is there a possibility of creating more fields for the instructor profile? For example, education and work experience?

My support has expired, but the theme never worked well. Very slow! Google page speed and gmetrix give me lousy statistics! When I imported the demo, many things appear messy, in the mobile version there are problems with the elements that are out of place (if you analyze the demos that the author has, you can also see the errors if the browser is resized to different resolutions). The theme is great in design and features, but I am afraid to use it in my final version with clients, because it can fail at any time. If they fix those bugs I’d think about buying the support again.

Hello, Please can you confirm the process of uploading courses into the theme? Can it be edited from the front end editor or do we have to edit the courses from Wordpress? Is there a video on how to upload courses? Also, do teachers upload the courses from the backend or front end.I have just purchased a theme I am not happy with at all. Thanks
