The theme is supported and will continue to be updated. At the moment, we don’t have an ETA for the update’s release.
The current version of the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress and PHP 8.0.
In case you need an immediate update of any bundled plugin you can contact our Help Center and our agents will gladly provide you with the latest version.

License activation codes for Revolution slider and WP Bakery Visual Composer are missing. I can’t find them in the documentation. What can you say about that?

The plugins that you got after the purchase are called bundled and we, as theme authors, have purchased an extended license for them. That means you don’t have to activate them and they’ll work for you regardless of that.
Bundled plugins offer the same core features and functionality as the standalone version of the item on CodeCanyon. Some plugins may ask for a purchase code for registration/activation once installed, however, you can simply ignore these messages as bundled plugins do not require activation or registration. The plugin will still work as intended with the theme once the theme has been activated/registered.
When a plugin is updated, we as the theme authors will include the latest version of the bundled plugin with their next theme update. So you can easily update the bundled plugin when you next update your theme.

My period of support has ended but I wanted to report a strange thing in the Orkan theme.
The list of categories in the “standard portfolio” page should be separated by a comma otherwise it seems to read a meaningless sentence. Can you kindly explain how to add the comma?

I recently purchased this theme and only just noticed that my logo reverts to the Orkan logo on mobile apps. I’ve uploaded my logo in all of the available Edge Option logo windows, it’s still not updating. I’ve even cleared my cache. Any ideas?

One of the option in ‘edge portfolio list’ doesn’t work … I can not change the number of column and the size. I mean I can change, but then it disappear when I update.
The way: Edge portfolio list > masonry template > edge portfolio images (multiple upload) > setting column and size.

Please note that due to safety measures related to COVID-19 the updating of our themes is a bit delayed but please note that we are working really hard on this and that we are constantly working on updating all our themes, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out. You will for sure be notified when the theme update is out. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

This is our Portfolio Slider and Portfolio single featured image is loaded on the slider, it does not support videos. Image and gif is supported though. Also you do always have an option to create a slider with Revolution Slider which can have Videos for sure.

Is there a license to activate the RevSlider? I have been looking at the files but have not found the license code for the Rev slider. Can you explain please.

Please note that WPbakery and RevSlider do come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.
