Is there a way to add a video to the inventory gallery set of images? Rather then just through the add video field that adds the video to the featured image placement? Thanks!

how to activate Revolution Slider ?
I found 1 problem and 1 much needed feature missing with the VIN importer:
1. Problem:
Free VIN check does not return MPG as a decimal but rather a string in this format:18 miles/gallon. This leads to problems of overlapping text when a customer is viewing the MPG in inventory or MPG in single page, it becomes unreadable. A replace needs to be in place at either VIN import of data, every template which displays, or plugin capability to set a string replace on each listing category (this would be ideal to discard all future problems)
In this case, this is what i need replace(MPG,” miles/gallon” ,”“).
2. Import Feature missing:
I want the following default Title listing value populated from the VIN data:
{year) {make} {model} {body}
I do not want to type this data on every listing, its tedious.

After testing the Free VIN Check API it doesn’t appear they return a ‘body’ value, so you may need to use switch to another VIN provider if you need the ‘body’ value (unless you were meaning ‘trim’?):

Actually, this has been the case since the update around early June?! Why would this happen…......
We haven’t had any other reports of this happening, I would recommend you try disabling any 3rd party plugins you have added and see if that resolves it (Automotive Listings, WPBakery, Slider Revolution are fine to leave). Also make sure you have fully cleared your history and cache, maybe your browser is still loading old scripts. If these things don’t resolve the issue please open a Support Ticket including temporary login details for FTP and wp-admin so one of our developers can have a look at it for you. Thanks!
Hi – this has happened again? We keep losing the menu on Desktop but not mobile….
What resolved the issue last time? We havent had any other reports of this happening. Did you try the above suggestions again?
Nothing, I had to restore a backup for it to work again….
Although, what resolved the issue now? Selecting the Main theme, rather than the Child Theme…. so it appears that if there is a Child Theme active, the menu breaks.
There must be some sort of issue with the code you have in your child theme. If you comment out the customization code you are using you should be able to narrow down what is causing it. I just tested it here and I can activate a child theme without experiencing this issue, even with and without custom code. I also searched all of our support tickets for similar issues and there have not been any similar issues reported.

Hmmm strange, you must have some custom code changing this in a child theme, or something similar that is affecting this: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/change-number-of-products-per-row/

please, I would love users to upload their listing themselves from the front end without having access to my backend, how can i successfully achieve this? can i also have them make payment before uploading a listing? Please I would be glad to have answers/guide to this

It sounds like some other issue in WordPress but it’s hard to say without looking at it. I would recommend disabling all 3rd party plugins outside the ones included with the theme, and it that does not fix the problem then please open up a Support Ticket including temporary login details to your website so we can have a look at the problem. Is that possible to auto-delete sold items after certain period of time? I saw requests for this feature 5 and 4 years ago and your comment that you have that in your plans. Was that ever implemented?
I am not sure what happened with this, I don’t see anything on our Feature Requests list for this, and from what I can see I don’t believe we currently have an option for it. Is there a way to change the size of the photo viewer on individual listings pages? The photos I upload are 1024×768 but they get cropped in the photo viewer.

1. The slider can be adjusted in Revolution Slider under Module General Options >> Layout >> Module Position Within Wrapper. Please refer to this Knowledgebase item for more information: https://support.themesuite.com/kb/faq.php?id=22
2. You likely have this enabled under Appearance >> Widgets >> Single Listing Sidebar – if you are using the sidebar widget you also have to disable it here
3. The mobile menu is being affected by this custom CSS stylesheet you have wp-content/uploads/widgetstyle.css – once you remove that it will work properly.

After the latest update to theme version 11.9.3 and plugin version 15.9.1 the navigation bar disappears. I managed to force display with css, but the responsive navigation bar is messed up. Please help me resolve this! See: https://www.autobedrijfstroet.nl/
We haven’t had any other reports of other users experiencing this, were you updating from a very old version? I would recommend that you fully clear your browsers history and cache as you may be going from Bootstrap 3 to Bootstrap 4 and the scripts are totally different (your browser may just be loading the old scripts with the new code causing it to appear like your website is broken).
I would also recommend you verify that you have your mobile menu specified under Appearance >> Menus.

I’v updated the plugin Automotive, and after that, on ma listing page i’v all the car on list (sold and for sale) i don’t understand why. Any reason or idea ?
We have 333 vehicles sold which we leave in the database for the archives. And now the 333 vehicles sold are displayed on this page ^^.

A couple of things to check:
First, under Listing Options >> Inventory Page >> Sold Vehicles make sure that this is set to Hide.
Second, you mentioned you updated the Automotive Listings plugin, but did you update your Automotive Theme as well? If not I would recommend keeping it updated along with your Automotive Listings plugin as well.
