We think the template and the plugin are great. Could you confirm if it is possible to set a price for a course associated with a membership and a different price when you do not have a membership? Is it possible to have types of certificates and associate them to each course individually ?. For example, we will offer courses from a federation and the certificate / diploma must go with the logos of the federation, but we will also offer our own courses and the design is different. We greatly appreciate an answer to buy as soon as possible.

The Zoom feature completely relies on the Zoom Service. So you need to have a premium Zoom plan and your instructors as your hosts. Only after that, your instructors can create courses with Zoom meetings and sell them.

There was no media player in new version (as mentioned in changelog at https://support.stylemixthemes.com/changelogs/masterstudy/) but you’ve mentioned that you’ve added player which is misguiding

This feature does not mean that a video player has been added literally, this option allows continue watching the video from the point the user stopped before, so even returning to the lesson day after they still can continue from the minute they left.

Please make sure that the PHP configuration limits on your Server meet the theme’s required limits: max_execution_time 600, memory_limit 128M, post_max_size 32M,upload_max_filesize 32M, php version 7/higher, zip archive should be enabled as well. Furthermore, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme -> https://support.stylemixthemes.com/how-to-update-a-premium-theme and all the theme external plugins should be updated/activated/installed as well under the WordPress dashboard -> appearance -> install plugins section
