hi there, I have a pre sale question. I want to customize the WP theme as shown in this demo. when we hover over the products, I want to show icons like that.

We don’t have such hover icons for WooCommerce products in our theme I’m afraid. For that you’d need to either customize the WooCommerce template code or use a 3rd party plugin.

Hello, amazing Avada pros! I LOVE your theme and have been using it for years with most of my design clients, and for my personal sites as well.
I have a quick question—I have a client who wants to rent/sell one type of item on their site. I’m skilled in woocommerce integration, and have used it w Avada before, to support on site sales.
But I’m wondering, if I wanted to also add Rental functionality (like a scooter or whatever item rental), how best would I integrate that into the Avada theme? Is there a rental/booking plugin you recommend most for using with Avada?
How best can I make an Avada woocommerce site handle rentals and booking? If you already have a demo for rentals, I’d love to see!

Glad to hear you like our theme. We haven’t officially tested a rental related plugin/addon but for Booking, the official addon for Booking from WooCommerce team should work without issues as I’ve seen some users use it in the past. Generally any properly coded addon for WooCommerce should work for this.
This is the booking plugin I’m referring to.
There are also several free booking addons for WooCommerce – you can give those a shot first to see if one of those work for you.

Yes, Avada can be used with the Gutenberg editor but we recommend using our own Fusion Builder as you get so much more functionality.
Gutenberg is an entirely different editor so if you create a page with it, then in the future you will need to keep editing it in Gutenberg. Similarly any page created in our Fusion Builder is not editable in Gutenberg.

how do you make the headers like in all your demos ? so the head is part of an image
ive almost given up with this theme to be honest, you have these grt looking demos but how do you make the logo and the header part of an image like for example your yoga demo home page??

The tab title is controlled via the h4 font size. You can change this by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Typography ⇒ Header Typography, Screenshot here

When I add a product to the cart it does not appear with VAT. But when I proceed to the checkout the product already appears with VAT and adds to the total.
(I already selected the option to include taxes in the cart .. nothing happens)

this theme is not as stated . demos does not installed always get errors . if installed images do not come up … sir i need my full refund … iam really trying to imprt demo always getting errors

My client bought the Avada WordPress theme. It is advertised as it “Includes Amazing Revolution Slider Plugin – $25 Value” I started to work with the slider and I’d need help. I logged in to themepunch.com with Envato account but I’m not able to open a ticket because “No premium licencse found for themepunch.com products”
Please explain me why should the plugin be bought twice to get support?

Any plugin bundled with any theme purchased via the Themeforest marketplace does not require an additional license for the bundled plugins and they work as expected with your theme. “Many themes sold on ThemeForest come bundled with premium plugins from CodeCanyon. A plugin offers additional functionality and features beyond a typical WordPress installation, and you do not need additional licensing in order to use the plugin with your theme. The terms and conditions for bundled plugins are set out by Envato.”
You do not add a token or any purchase code to any of the bundled plugins, you simply install them and use as desired. The ‘activate’ notice you might see on one of these plugins comes from the plugin developer. Why do they add that? In short, each plugin is sold on CodeCanyon as a stand-alone plugin and what the developers do is create add-ons and additional content etc that can be accessed if you buy a stand-alone license.
None of this affects or alters the plugins core functionality or limits it in any way

Thank you for your quick response. I understand the license part of the bundled plugins and my problem is not Avada related. I don’t understand how my comment landed here(to Avada) as I expected help from Themepunch.
I’d need technical help from themepunch.com to solve a slider problem that is not covered in their help topics. I logged in to themepunch.com with Envato account to get help as there’s no other way to contact them. – Their website doesn’t even have a contact Email or a form. This hiding is not a buyer-friendly business attitude. – I’m not able to open a ticket because “No premium license found for themepunch.com products”

One license is required required for each live/production website that you use Avada on. So e.g. if you need to use Avada on second website than an additional license is required.
For more info on licensing, please see our post here.
While you can create multiple tokens, you still need to ensure that the number of Tokens you use on your sites doesn’t exceed the number of licenses you own for the theme.

If the black screen is showing only periodically, please see if testing on a secondary browser/machine shows the same issue. You can test with just our bundled plugins to confirm if one of the other plugins is causing the issue. Then enable those plugins one at a time to see which one is causing this.

I am not sure if you mean the new token or the new version of the theme. If you are on latest version (or version 5x and above) adding a new token will not cause any issues

I am afraid we have not tested the plugin for compatibility with the theme. This is mainly because we already do have a bundled events plugins (so we have not really checked for more options). For now, it would be difficult to guarantee 100% compatibility

How do I justify text!! It’s either left, center or right aligned, no justify option. And when I try and add a justify style it left aligns :/

The justify option is has been removed from the list by WP developers. You can use the keyboard shortcut like Ctrl + Alt + J (Windows) or Ctrl + Option + J for (Macintosh)
