Hello, I’ve never seen this issue before and it seems to be caused by an empty response from our server.
First of all please make sure the theme is properly “actived” and you can eventually remove and add again the purchase code in Appearance > Kentha Activation.
Once done, please make sure you are on PHP 7.3 (not 7.4 as is not complete for WP usually yet).
Then, please use the following procedure to force an update of the “list” of plugins:
1. Go to Appearance > [your theme] activation
2. Click “Go to [your theme] Plugins”
3. Update the plugins in the list regards

Where are all the new demo content import I only see 8 demos and not any of the new ones
Please install woocommerce to be able to install the woocommerce demos. You don’t need to make all of the woocommerce wizard nor need to install jetpack, just install and activate the plugin and quit the wizard steps, then go to the dmeo installation page.

The new update for the theme seems awesome, any plans to integrate Kentha to be compatible with a multivendor plugin like wcfm?
no, I’m sorry, is a very small amount of requests for this so we don’t have actually a budget for the integration
Multi-vendor options would be ideal for a real music shop so artist can log in and sell their own songs like every big music marketplace website. Do you guys do custom work in case I needed to hire someone for this?
I understand sir, but this would require a lot of work that we can’t plan at the moment. There are some multi vendor plugins out there, from WooCommerce as well, and they may just need a couple of css fixes to look nice, but there is nothing blocking them actually. Regards

Hi, you should put a high z-index to the links in the revolution slider composition. i’d suggest starting from the templates provided within the product folder, as you’ll avoid dealing with similar issues, they are well tested and don’t have bugs in the different browsers.
I tried the templates that come with the theme and the links on safari still don’t work. I am using version 5.4.8.2 of Slider Revolution I want to update it but it says I should buy it.
How can I update Slider Revolution to the latest version?

1) Safary has plenty of bugs with displaying complex items 2) Slider revolution 6 is incompatible with ajax page loading and is not meant to be used on this theme

Hello, I have a problem with the menu.
When we change the language in the web button made for this purpose, the web changes but the menu does not change by the one set for that language.
If we update the page, the menu does change.
This happens in Chrome and Explorer but not in Mozilla, in Mozilla it works correctly.
How can I make it work correctly in all browsers?
Good morning sir, this theme does not have at the moment open compatibility with any multilanguage plugin. You are very free to use them but please remember that the ajax page loading plugin is completely unaware of this functionality, so you need to modify he plugin to make it work with your language switcher.
An easy way to do that is to add the class”noajax” to the language switcher links, and don’t use a dropdown switcher but a menu item, making it work without any coding.

I know I don’t have any support left but my menu is now working right on my website I have one menu option set as a custom link and on mobile when I click it it won’t go to it how can I fix it it works fine on the computer though
Good morning sir, your question, for simple it may seem, can be very complex depending on factors as the page structure, the link URL and the browser in use on the device. If you are making internal links, as the website uses Ajax, you won’t be able to do them easily because ajax intercepts them. You can try adding the class “noajax” to the link, while editing the menu 8you can enable the css classes in the Screen options of the Menu Editor page).
If this solution doesn’t fit your needs, I’m sorry but I?m going to need you to contact the helpdesk with a valid support license, where you’ll be supported untile the resolution of your case.

1) Yes you can do it, in various ways. Actually you can place an available zip to download both for the full album or for each single track, so you have both options.
2) THis is a default WordPress feature, so the theme doesn’t actually add anything by this point of view, these are WordPress built-in funcitonalities. Depending on what you want the user to do, you can use different plugins to manage the user subscription and privileges (as comment, create contents or other)
3) This you can do with WooCommerce, making the album as free product
4) Not really, is not how the theme is meant to work sir. Every professional music website manages uses this method, as it is safer and more precise.
5) Out of theme features. You can maybe do that with WooCommerce but I’m totally unaware about the specific protocols to obtain such result sir, sorry.
Hope my answers can be useful, I think you are building an interesting project but you may need a hand from some developer to make sure such a complex website works correctly.

Hello sir, this theme is made for WooCommerce and not for EDD. Also WooCommerce has a multi-vendor plugin, but we didn’t testi it acuallty. It should work fine by the way. If you encounter any issue you can let us know.

Also make sure you are not using caching plugins, and your browser is not showing a cached page versio (a force refresh may solve).
