Hi, I have some pre-purchase questions. I am about to build a job board website for a client and need some information before I decide which theme to use. My client wants to integrate his job board with CV Library and Firefish by using an API. Is this theme and plugin compatible to integrate with both these job boards to allow my client to post his jobs on these external sites and then have them appear on his own site from there? Also will this allow the users to register and upload their CVs and again integrate with these external sites? Are all the demo pages build on Elementor and is there any premium plugins required? With respect to the questions here:
1&2: Sorry these integrations are not possible by default within the theme.
3. Not all demo pages are built on Elementor. We’ve also used widgets on other pages. You can however create your custom pages using Elementor, with the help of our Elementify plugin. Here is an article on this: https://astoundify.com/blog/elementify/.

My client purchased this theme and to be honest, I’m quite dissapointed.
For the amount that it’s going for… I expected a lot more. No page builder support, meaning that any custom layouts are not possible at all. so the most basic layout you can think of is the only option. This theme limits design possibilities exponentially and creates so much more work by trying to make less work for clients.
Please figure something out. This is very dissapointing especially considering your theme cost is above that on an average theme that actually comes bundled with much more.

With respect to your query here, our latest theme version actually supports Elementor page builder. Tou be in a position to effectively use the builder, you will need to install the Elementify plugin. With this in place, you can create custom pages using the builder.

So on-top of already purchasing the theme… You remove a basic feature that usually “SHOULD” work. and then charge people extra to put the functionality back that should be there to begin with?

Just as a clarification on this, Jobify had never previously added any support for page builders neither have we previously recommended page builders for Jobify. This is a feature we’ve added in our latest theme update based on feature requests by other users, so there’s nothing we’ve removed. Please check out our original doc here on page builders way before providing this feature.

Please could you explain how you guys can sell a plugin for an additional $15 that enables a basic feature such as a page builder that should be standard functionality?
Adjusting your theme code to accompany the loop and implementing one simple line i.e “the_content();” to your php to enable Elementor shouldn’t require an entire plugin.
The mentality baffles me honestly. And now, you guys deny my client a refund and additionally ask him to push even more money into your somewhat average theme is alarming.
Just so you can have a little idea of what’s going on here… 1. You might’ve potentially lost me my client. 2. My client still doesn’t have a website. 3. My client now sits with your half hearted attempt at a below-average theme. 4. Luckily you made your sale and your support SUCKS!
I hope the amount of sales you make off this theme reflects the quality you have produced. Which is far below-par.
For those of you that don’t really have another $15 to throw on-top of the initial $69 cost for the theme purchase…

The code to get Elementor working is minimal. P.s I generally don’t advise editing the theme’s code. It seems getting basic features to work will cost you an arm and a leg. So hopefully, this will help in some way and save you the additional cost.

With respect to your query here, that code will only enable loading of Elementor on the page templates. However, the theme uses widgets to render content. These widgets will not be available in Elementor even when you add that code. You will also not be in a position to build custom pages using the themes widgets within Elementor. This is where the Elementify plugin comes in. With it, installed, you can create a custom home page from our theme widgets as well as as add other Elementor widgets,create custom listing pages as well as a custom dashboard page. This is a feature other users using our themes have been requesting over the years which is why we came up with this solution. I understand you may find this a bit confusing which is why I really want to assist you. Hi guys So we’ve reluctantly gone ahead and purchased your additional add-on to enable basic page builder functionality. Needless to say, we still don’t have the functionality. The job is now more than 20 days overdue, with the complete refusal of a refund, still no basic page-builder functionality and still no website.
Please explain to me how you consider this good practice, and how there was a total cost $69 with an added cost of $19 for basic functionality that still doesn’t work. And with that, no possibility of a refund. No working theme, and little support?
Please can we have a refund ASAP! A considerable amount of time has been wasted.

2. Unfortunately the theme does not have a messaging option for the front-page. As for the video, you can use a plugin such as Slider Revolution to add one.

Option to integrate transactional emails and SMS which can be added to employers account on paid basis which they can use to contact job seeker. 3. Job approval for all jobs posted. 4. Spam flagging of employers by seeker and spam flagging of seeker by employers. 5. Account approval based from admin panel only for employer. 6. Blocking of any employer from admin panel. 7. Phone and email verification on sign up , both for seeker and employer.

4.Unfortunately this is not possible by default.
5. Account approvals can only be carried out manually by the admin.
6. What the admin can perhaps do is remove the employer account or assign a role that the employer is not in a position to access the job dashboard.
7. Sorry, phone verification is not possible by default.

The theme does not support any styling for the pagination option in WP Job Manager. The pagination buttons are very close to each other, and they do not have any styling. Can you please consider to include a fix for this in a future update?
