Hello, a client’s website is using Cinerama Theme, configured with a Child Theme. I need to edit some of the templates, the problem is they are inside of the Cinerama Core plugin. How can i override those without editing the plugin? Thanks.

Hello, The video player, when selected for Vimeo, does not play or even display on mobile devices. The screen is completely black. This is particularly the issue on iphone. how to i install the latest version of this theme? i have the envato market plugin but nothing happens when i click the update availble hyperlink. do i need to get rid of the current version i have and install the new theme files? there is no delete option for the theme now unless i need to switch to a diff theme, delete the old theme, then install the new one?

We believe that this was caused because WordPress removed a migration tool known as jquery-migrate (in Version 5.5). Install and activate the official Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin found here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

Hello! I just updated my theme as well as the Slider plugin. Since this update, The Slider does not show up on the website or in the preview mode for editing its content. I have reached out to the Slider Theme Punch team to see if it was an issue on their end. They have responded and told me it was a JS error due to a WP 5.5 update compatibility issue with the theme, and asked to reach out to you guys. Please advise on how to move forward! The documentation that is downloaded with the theme does not mention that. But I have gone to the link you supplied and tried to follow those steps.
I tried the Envato Market route but get the same error: Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined…
The same issue via FTP you need to first update the theme files and as soon as I do that I get the error and have no access to the backend anymore to update core plugins.

It seams like you did forget to update the Core plugin, so please go to Plugins and deactivate and delete it and then you will get a message that you need to install this plugin. Once you install it and activate it it will be the latest version that comes with the latest version of the theme.

For the record, the purchase code you all gave me on this website and in the text file are different codes and the code in the text file doesn’t work.
That said, please respond to my support ticket ASAP. I’ve been trying to import demo content for 2 days now. Keeps getting stuck and different percentages and there is a LOT of red text in console during import.

Will there be an update for Wordpress 5.5? I purchased the theme and while going through the install documentation I found it wasn’t working the way the documentation says it should. I didn’t realize I was running 5.5 and now that I check I don’t see Wordpress 5.5 in the list of compatibility.

I am so unhappy with this theme. I’ve been trying to install the demo content all weekend. Opened a ticket only to see that no one is going to reply until Monday. Now that it’s Monday, still no reply. I paid nearly 100 for a theme that I am still unable to use….
I made sure I met all of the system requirements. I am not interested in building a site from scratch – I could have used one of the other themes I already own and saved money if that was the case.
How long does it take for someone to respond to a ticket? I’ve been waiting since Friday when I purchased? Sorry for the tone of this note, but installing the theme should be a BASIC function that should be available if you’re product is listed on this site.
I am not a coder and don’t know how to import the XML file. I opened a ticket on Friday and no response. It’s Monday and no response to my ticket.

I am writing to you to explain two flaws presented by the template (Cinerama):
1. I cannot modify the dates, and more specifically, the years of the timeline (Horizontal Timeline). Whenever I try, the current year (2020) appears instead of the year I enter, whatever it is. 2. I was unable to import the demo theme. The upload process stops when it reaches 48%.The file import system I use is the Cinerama dashboard, because I couldn’t do it through the Wordpress dashboard.
Please, help me as soon as you can, because I am rebuilding the site from the beginning. Thank you so much.
