Unfortunately, we were not able to replicate the issue on our demo site or our development environment.

It might be due to third party plugins you are using – can you please try to deactivate all cart / woocommerce related plugins and check if the issue persists without them? We suspect that one of them implements the jump by hooking via JavaScript to ajax submission of cart data.

Dear, I have found out that it is the Contact Form 7 that makes the page jump. I have deactivated the plugin and there is no page jump. I have the CF7 form on the cart page… Should I just delete it and keep the cart clean? If so, I don’t know how to do it. The CF7 is in my footer template.

First you need to go to Appearance > Customize > Header Footer panel and take a look at the Footer Page Slug setting. This setting holds the slug of the static page with the Footer content.

Once you find out which page holds your footer content, you should duplicate that page and remove the CF 7 from the duplicated page. Once you form the content of the duplicated page, edit your shop page and add Global Settings Override with the slug of the new page. This will set the footer content throughout your shop to the content of the newly created page.

You have not missed anything – since the changes to the Instagram API, we have implemented updates in our code and as is, you only need to leave a username.

We have just tested our bold_themes username both with the hashtag (for example: manufactura) and without it and it works as expected. Please try using bold_themes username and the images should appear on your page.

If not, there has to be some other reason for this.

Maybe you can take a look at the php error log on your hosting server – that can help pinpointing the issue – obviously your connection is being refused for some reason – it is either blocked by your server due to some firewall settings or by Instagram’s

Related to Google Maps, please inspect the JavaScript console, it should give you additional info about the error – if you have acquired API key – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/8049/ the issue is probably with the API settings.

Related to parallax, please try values from 0 to 1. 0 should make the background image still and 0.3 for should make it move with a scroll half the speed of the content.

When WooCommerce gets released (which happened 2 days ago) and due to metadata in WooCommerce templates you get this sort of notification in your wp-admin dashboard. We will update the metadata in the theme’s WooCommerce templates and release an update of the theme in next few days and this will resolve the notice you get.

Please note that this in no way means that the templates do not work with the new version of WooCommerce – they should be fully functional and your theme should be working without issues even with the notice.

Yes, I’ll try to explain it. If you scroll down any page, and the sticky menu is on, the menu disappears and then, after a number pixels the menu reappears. As you say, “the slide in animation”. That is the sticky menu, but I would like it always appears on the screen, without slide animation. Or at least the possibility to configure it (pixels for example) Thank you so much for the support.

Please try the following:

1. First add the following css statements to Additional CSS panel of Appearance > Customize – it will remove CSS transition of the sticky header:

    -moz-transition: none !important;
    transition: none !important;
}

2. Second, you need to change /framework/js/header.misc.js – on line 32 you will find the place to define offset in pixels when the sticky appears. Try the value of 80 pixels

if ( typeof window.btStickyOffset == 'undefined' ) window.btStickyOffset = 80;

Aslo on line 130 and 138 you can define the timeout of the appearance and disappearance of sticky header. Try the value of 10ms on each line:

boldthemes_requestTimeout( boldthemes_activate_sticky_open, 10);

and

boldthemes_requestTimeout( boldthemes_activate_sticky_close, 10);

If you go to Appearance > Customize > General Settings you will notice the field called Overlay screen page slug (Age verification tool). This field holds the slug of the static page with the content of the Age verification overlay.

Search for the page with that slug and edit its content, just as you would with any other page.

We were unable to recreate the issue, the theme works correctly with WP 5.3 Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme – 1.3.3 Also, please make sure that craft beer plugin and other theme related required plugins are updated to their latest versions and activated.
