You could add some extra margin on the bottom of your submenu so that after scrolling to reveal the overflow, it’s clear that it’s the end. Add this into the custom CSS box in the Salient options panel > general settings > css/script related tab:

You could add custom text next to that arrow with some CSS, but positioning it next to the name would require a file modification. Here’s the text CSS:

yes, I did that and register new widget inside footer in partial section and then did the styling inside in the widget. and it is done. but I use this in the original theme, didn’t use child theme.
