Something went wrong with the last update. I get this error after updating to the newest version:

Hi, We are very satisfied with the theme, but we have 2 problems with the mobile menu: 1. When one submenu is open, and you want to open another submenu, it doesn’t close the first one. Both of them stay open. We would like when you open submenu, that all the other submenus close.
2. If we turn on the sticky header in options, we cannot see whole menu, it doesn’t scroll when it’s larger than the screen.

the support period finished, and extend support is very expensive 50 USD before ending the 6 month it was arround 20 usd, the problem that i was hire a developer he delayed too much so i try to restart working again, and i didn’t use the free 6 month support a lot it was few questions

Hi there. I’ve been having terrible problems with this theme for a month. My support ticket has been live for a month without resolution. In trying to get to the bottom of the issue, I’ve had to buy a different hosting with a longer execution time. That didn’t work either. So I’ve just deleted this test account and am trying to use a different version of the theme (Been using the Buddy Press one up to now). However, I’ve now been locked out, saying I’ve installed the theme too many times. I don’t seem to be able to make any headway with this reached theme, and your support system takes between 3 and 5 days to reply, without resolving the issue. I’d be very grateful if you could unblock my account so that I can try a different version of the theme . Many thanks.

According to the Themeforest license policy, you can use the theme only one domain. You are able to use activation token three times for testing the theme on dev servers. If you have a disagreement with the license terms, please contact the ThemeForest support team – https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us
If you have restrictions with the token key, you can provide the token activation key in your ticket. So, our managers will check your key and reset it for as you were in a testing stage
