Hello, thanks for your reply. I would not be able to unblock the IP, as it is not controlled by me. Is the issue not found when you login to the Wordpress website? a presale question. I need to do a wp for a university (university of third age, oldest people). They don’t need to do quiz, video or something else. They need to: course page where teacher can upload doc, video from youtube, images (with exif data)…
the students can access at the course page and upload other docs, images, or reply comments it.
Also teacher must have the possibility to reply or start a comment on an uploaded docs/image/video, or start a general comment for all students in the course.
The comments of the course must be visibile only from teacher and subscriber students.
a realtime chat can be userful.

I’m seeking refund due to the following: 1. Late reply from the Support team. The late reply front the support team led to my client’s upset and eventually caused my business loss. 2. It is impossible to modify some pages via page builder but code. It should be easy task for the editing work by drag n drop and not coding. Our theme supports both Elementor Plugin as well as WpBakery Page builder plugin. You can use Elementor builder in new pages, posts that you are going to use or create. We have built the theme only with elementor plugin.
Only our default page builder will work with dummy pages created with Import Option.

We want to sell videos (subscription based) hosted on Vimeo
1) Can we use WordPress and its payment functionality for this ? specially we want to be able to charge sells tax.

1) You can add the vimeo videos in the courses section and sell it using woocommerce plugin. Sales tax can be applied using woocommerce plugin we think.
2) You can use YITH WooCommerce Subscription plugin and add subscription based courses for that option.
3) Sorry we do not have drip functionality in our theme. We do have drip functionality in our Kalvi theme ( https://themeforest.net/item/kalvi-lms-wordpress-theme/22463442?s_rank=1 ) All the above options available in our kalvi theme as well.
4) No our theme uses in built courses custom post. Our theme is compatible with sensei plugin.

I am Unable to install LMS theme in Godaddy.
We have tried installing the theme in Godaddy, as Wordpress managed Hosting. Post installing the theme, under Appearance—> Theme also has activated the theme installed. Post that when we try hitting the domain, it only shows the “Hello World” Page. We have uploaded lms.zip
