It’s possible to add Adobe Fonts to Avada? Is not allowed to upload the fonts to the host. So I don´t know how to do this, can you help me?

You can use Adobe Typekit fonts by using a typekit plugin for wordpress. We don’t yet have in-built integration for typekit fonts so the fonts won’t show in our theme options though. We do have this integration on our to do list.

Love the Theme. Guys we think the restaurant demo is not working correctly. We tryed on different servers with different cofigs and no luck always stuck on the images, I suggest you to verify them

I am trying to download my Avada theme as a wordpress plugin. When I attach the .zip file, i get an error message saying no pulgins found. I also downloaded the wordpress .zip file and attepmted to install that and again it says, ” invaild…no plugins found”

Please see that you’re uploading the smaller zip file ~10MB (not the entire package) and should upload it to WP dashboard -> Appearance -> Themes page. Not as a plugin.

I’m setting up WooCommerce and when it gets to ‘Choose a theme’ page, and I select Avada, it gives me an error saying “invalid theme avada”. What’s causing this?? Plugin version is 4.3.0 and this came build-in with Avada. Avada version is the latest 6.2.3

You can simply select the default theme Woocommerce is offering and once the setup is complete, you can chose the Avada theme once again by going to WordPress admin panel dashboard → Appearance ⇒ Themes. Please backup the site before making any changes

Hey there. I am having an excerpt issue. For some reason, my short excerpt is being ignored and, instead, my page content is populating where the excerpt should be. I have already made sure to select Summary under Setting/Reading/...
Am I missing anything?

If the custom excerpt option is enabled, it should show you the custom excerpts and nothing else, however if the issue persists please make sure its none of your 3rd party plugin that is causing this issue, in any case you can open a support ticket with our team and we will check this out further for you.

We haven’t officially tested learndash with Avada so some features might not work. I’d recommend giving it a try if you have the plugin to see if it works for you.
We do have integration with learndash on our todo list but do not have a timeframe for when this’ll be implemented.

Hello! Using html code, I placed a logo in the heading area of a Fusion Slider slide. It showed up, however the logo expanded and no matter how much I changed the width and height in the html code, the logo was still huge, as if it took on the sizing of the heading text. Is there a way to add a logo with a fixed size?

Hi, I got a general question. I use the before-after element and I can see both images on the front end, everything seems to be fine. But I can not move the control element, it does not react to the mouse. Same for embeding a virtual tour, I can see the tour fine on the frontend but can not use any of the control elements (on PC and mobile) – must be the same issue? Any ideas I can resolve it?
I`m aware that my support has expired and I also requested the new login today twice at: https://theme-fusion.com/login/ but still did not receive it.

Another issue is, that the motion sensor / gyroscope on mobile device (android 10) is not working. I tried the embedded virtual tour on another theme and it is working fine there. Any ideas if specifically AVADA might cause the issue?

Hi,
For the controls not working, please see that you have Column hover effects disabled in the Column settings. If the Column hover is enabled, inner elements will not receive any click/hover events.
If you’re using a 3rd party embed/code snippet or plugin for the virtual tour – I’d recommend talking to the code/plugin provider as there might be a compatibility issue with that plugin. We can ensure support/compatibility only with the plugins we advertise on our store page.

The secondary top header will use the font family that you specify for the Body font under Theme Options → Typography page. And the colors for its text can be adjusted under WP Dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Menu → Secondary Top Menu.
The Main menu’s typography/colors can be adjusted from under WP Dashboard → Avada → Theme Options → Menu → Main Menu page

The polylang plugin has a bug in my website. Every time when I switch from NL to EN and back the page disappears and a avada element is suddenly the page. Can you help me with that please?

We have no reported issues with polylang plugin right now, can you please make sure that none of your 3rd party plugin is causing this issue? please try and disable each of your plugin 1 by 1 and see if that helps. Hi,
I’m using the flyout menu on mobile version and I’m trying to adjust the padding between menu items, but it doesn’t seem to be working. The padding stays the same, even if I adjust the padding in the flyout menu theme options. Also, the cross to shut down the menu isn’t working correctly (you have to tap several times in a frustrated way to shut the menu).
I don’t have support anymore because I actually don’t need it, but this seems to be a problem that’s caused by the theme, not by the right settings. Could you help me out please?

I bought this theme and built a website. after 1 year the website could not be reached anymore and all my customers could only see an error message. I went here for help. and all you wanted me to do is renew support or update the theme. Didnt get any help at all on how i should do it. so if anyone consider to buy this theme i advice them not to from my own experiences.
