Hi, —I see this question already been asked but want to mak sure. Is there a way that i can just save credit card but not charge. I am not interested charge through internet at all, guest can pay on arrival or ask us to charge through card ( as booking.com option) ? —my channel manager doesnt support provided book engine and i am fine with it. Still i need to decrease or increase accommodations when recieved reservation through other channels so is there a way to do it for specific dates?
—If the answer of second question is no, then i will need to integrate different system. Therefore i will need documentation for embed code use, do you have it?

1 – Yes, I think WooCommerce calls this “Capture Charges” it depends on your payment provider.

Looking at your theme all looks good (Hotel Demo/New Apartments) want to use this for a serviced apartment business we have. Just wanted to know if it could take: – Refundable damage security deposit of £xx needs to be added to the website
- Does your theme allow customers to input card details but not charged until we confirm booking? (sort of like a booking.com payment style)
- Can you take reservations in which you can hold the card details untill its been confirmed.
- Can I integrate this https://en.freetobook.com/ with your theme?
- Does it allow extra fees i.e. cleaning fees e.t.c? & if so once some books an apartment/room does it show up like a breakdown?
- As we have apartments not rooms can I change the word rooms to apartments?
- The layout of the rooms page is that easily changeable to bring the description to the top?

RE: Refundable damaged deposits. That depends on your payment provider. If they provide a way to do this, then you should be able to do it though the booking engine.
RE: That again is part of your payment provider. I believe Stripe does this well. Because you have the option to checkout with WooCommerce. Anything woocommerce checkoug can do, you should be able to do with this booking engine as well.
RE: The theme integrates well with other systems. If they have an embed code or a WP plugin then it should work well. You don’t have to use the Booking Engine that we bundle. It’s optional.
RE: Yes, Extra fees are a go. Yes, there is a breakdown

Calendar match and updating question: Can I manually set some days as unvailable for each room? I need to manually update sometimes, for example: new booking from mobile call or new booking from external bookind engine. Any automatism is provided to be connected other websites for booking? So calendar is the same from my website and bo**.com
Review question: How does reviews works here? Have I to set manually for each room, or there is any automatism? For example website takes it from external resources? (Think again to most relevant and worldwide booking website.)

1) Customer will need a choice of either paying a deposit to secure booking or paying full amount. If Customer chooses the deposit then we take a deposit amount (fixed amount) when customer books online. Does you system handle automatic emails for reminding customer to pay remaining balance two weeks before booking. Send them a link to a payment page whics takes payment for the balance on account.
2) Can we incorporate a Check-in time after 1pm and check-out time before 10am, in to the booking process?

We do include an add on for sending automated payments reminders.

Hello, I have deactivated the Hotel Booking System and now I want a page that links to the room type to show a list of rooms and a single room. But I cannot find a sample page for this purpose…ca you help??
....WhatI mean is that in the main menu I need a page that gets the info on the room such like the accomodation page does with the shortcode. I kept reading that Accommodation Type ID will be required outside the Accommodation Page, especially @ Home Page where the Availability Calendar and Booking Request are located.
Can you include more than one Accommodation Type ID ? Do you just type in the number or do you have to add some parenthesis or prefixes ? For more than one ID, do you need spacing or commas ?
These are issues that are not addressed in your videos.

Yes, you can modify your shortcodes. You need to use some WordPress programming but yes, you can.
We actually have widget for all of the shortcodes and we’ve added more flexibility already to many of their shortcodes.

Yes, you can do this. You don’t have to use the Booking Engine to checkout. You can simply use the Availability Calendar and then have the customer fill out a form. This is fine too. We’ve designed it to work this way.

A: That’s up to your merchant provider. Websites should never keep that info. I think Stripe has a setting that allows the customer to keep that info. We support Stripe.

The “search” function leads to a search results page, where the user can choose an accommodation and checkout.
