Hi there! So we turned on the pre-loader and it broke the them in “elementor edit mode”
We had to purchase a pre-loader plugin to work around this issue.
Also, is there a way to remove the “Kirki Framework” plugin without breaking the header? I believe it is slowing down the site speed

This theme SUCKS in some other levels!!!
You messed up Elementor Pro settings big time. The COLUMN that is naturally centered inside the SECTION vertically and horizontally now with your theme – it STICKS to the top of the section – with no option to reset.
You also removed the DYNAMIC TAGS from your Buttons – which is very important when you want to fire up Elementor Custom Pop-Ups – very annoying. Now I have to look for a work around.
Your HEADER cannot be edited with Elementor and yet you said the it is Elementor compatible. Your header has only transparency options on the homepage – BUT how about the rest of the pages?
And a lot more pain in the butt!
Please do shape up your theme next time.

Great template, however when I changed the Mobile menu logo as well as the site loader to my own logo, the changes will not reflect on the mobile device.

Hi, I am facing the portfolio image as not being centered on the portfolio page. I have to use the featured image as square to keep the image centered. If I use the square image then it looks fine on portfolio page but it doesn’ centered on homepage portfolio carousel. Please refer to the screenshot links for better understanding:

My website speed is very slow. before use cloud flair cdn my site speed was 15 sec. and after that 7-9 sec.. here some issue in theme i was found please help me to solve it.

Hi I just downloaded Onum theme, but not working. It will not install. I made sure right zip file and I even moved unzipped folder to site theme folder using ftp method. It says theme is there, but missing
Name Description onum Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.

I just tried deleting onum folder completely and reinstalling the onum.zip and still error

Theme installation failed.
I also then tried extracting onum.zip and using filezilla to ftp the theme folder. When trying to activate it gave the error I told you in my previous response to you.
There is something wrong on your end and this is not fair to me I really want to use this theme and I am not doing anything wrong. Can you please look into this for me?
And what do you mean new Onum theme? I just downloaded it from Envato Elements the other day. Do you mean every attempt at installing incorrectly messes up the theme folder files or something?

That does not help at all I know how to set up a template and install demos. You are not reading my messages and the erros I am getting. To repeat myself I already tried deleting folder and ftp extracted folder. I tried installing just the Onum.zip file like normal and gave you the two different errors I get one normal install other ftp method. There is something wrong with your theme it is missing index.php or valid theme header in style.css can you please look into this for me?
Maybe the download package is corrupt from Envato or some glitch can you please leave me with an email and I can email directly asking for Onum.zip from you guys directly so I know I have write file. Also I would like to get the PSD files for theme it comes with and see I need to email you guys to get that anyways so maybe just email the Onum.zip and PSD files please and any other assets I need for this theme please? Thanks in advance.
