Hello! I am interesting in purchasing this but having not built a site in a while so I wonder if you have a simple page builder installed so we can customise it?
Also I would love a front page with basic details (our story, main photo, hashtag and an area for livestream video) then a password protected specific page with all the rest of the details for our invited guests (RSVP, Time,Date,Location Google Maps, more photos, FAQs etc….) is that possible?

2. About “I would love a front page with basic details”: I think it’s very simple, you can check all pages and elements on our demo and you can choose some elements to build a front page.
3. About “then a password protected specific page with all the rest of the details for our invited guests”: Yes, it’s possible, and very simple, you can set a password for any page you want and when users input a password, they can see all content in that page.

I updated the OneLove theme today. I downloaded and installed the latest version of the OneLove theme. But the WPBakery Page Builder hasn’t been updated. It’s still version 6.0.5. and not 6.6.0. When I try to update WPBakery manually, the following error message appears: License activation is required to receive automatic updates. I tried to use your ticket system but my support has expired. How do we solve this? Can you please send the latest version of WPBakery to 22dk@web.de? Thank you for your help.

Hi, after updating to version 3.9 the tabs of the single product page (product long description e custom tab) do not work well: clicking on the title scrolls the page to the top of the page.

Hi There, could you please confirm why my Google Font “Lato” is displaying as 100 when I have set it as 300. This has only happened since I updated the template.

First we don’t use many plugins for these our themes, so I can’t recommend for you, I’m so sorry. But I think you can try these plugins on website wordpress[dot]org/plugins, if the plugin is working fine you can use it.

Hi – we received a security warning from Jetpack about a security vulnerability with a bundled plugin, WPBakery, which explains that it needs to be updated to at least version 6.4.1. We updated the OneLove theme to see if the bundled plugin would be updated too (to take care of the security vulnerability) but it is not.allowing us to update to the version with the patched security issue. Are you able to help? (We tried using your ticket system, but our support expired a couple months ago – but figured since this is a security issue, it’s something that probably affects all customers). Thank you for your help.

I have checked your site and your screenshot seem you don’t choose option Background Image in below, so your site can’t display image, it only display the background color pink on your site. Please choose a image in option Background Image to display.

Are the demos several full sites or are they different pages that you can put together?
I’m also wondering how easy it is to make changes to things. There are a few things like the hearts and the little vines under the section titles that I would want to change.

Hi, I’ve removed the pre-loader from the site (through CSS), but the navigation ‘drop down’ appears every time you load a page, although it should’t be – it would seem without the pre-loader it’s doing this. Is this an issue fixed in the latest update or? Thanks!
