Sir, I am paying a service fee for the support you provide. You can’t just let it go merely by saying “you have many tickets in system”. Your support commitment says few hours. We are in the 2nd day with ticket still not replied. If I fail to receive the resolution of my ticket in the next 4 hours, I am sorry to say but I will have to escalate the complain to Envato Support team.

We added the course private and public feature from front-end in your pro plugin. We also need to setup STRIPE CONNECT in order to share sales revenue with course creator teacher. Is this option availabe in this theme or your plugin?
we saw instructor can add there paypal account details but we don’t need paypal we want customer should add there stripe account details to connect with our website(master study).

Second, can instructors and students works on the front end with all the features provided without needed to access the backend (I don’t want them to access backend interface).

You can try to use Custom CSS in order to hide those buttons.
Unfortunately, there is no such option in the theme by default. It needs to customize the core templates of the theme in order to realize your request.

You should have options in theme… How can it be without editing options? I just open ticket so, you can tell me which file and line need to be edit..
Sorry about that is seems there were some misunderstandings. You can deactivate those highlighted links in the settings of the header under the theme options -> header, deactivate the show popup links option there and it should solve your request -> https://prnt.sc/tgs0aa

I have built my LMS using your theme.
All my courses are free. When a user registers for a course, there are 4 inputs asked – 1) login 2) Email 3) Password 4) Password Again
I want users to register and login only with 2 inputs, i.e Email and Password. Is that possible?
Also I want to enable Recaptcha and Verification Email while registering. How do I do that ?
Also, I am surprised why haven’t you given Google or Fb sign in option. These are standard processes.

1. The login/register page is a built-in page in the theme. Unfortunately, there is no such kind of option in the theme to edit it. It needs to customize the theme templates to realize your request.
2. The MasterStudy LMS plugin supports Recaptcha V3 only. You need to set up version 3 for your website. Also, you can enable the email Verification option under STM LMS Settings > Profiles section (https://prnt.sc/tga46x)
3. The Nextend Social Login plugin is integrated into the theme which allows you to register via socials. Please make sure that you have configured the plugin ( https://prnt.sc/tga4zq)

I’m installed course hub demo, and I update to the latest version from 3.0.9 to 3.5.1 and my homepage was broken. the shortcode wasn’t rendered. it showing [stm_lms_single_course_carousel query=”popular”] for the slider popular course, and [stm_lms_courses_categories style=”style_3” taxonomy=”122, 118, 125, 124, 123, 126, 121, 127”] for the list of course. how to fix it. don’t ask me to make a ticket, my support license was expired. Unfortunately, there are no such kinds of possibilities in the theme by default. Courses are visible for everyone. The course editor contains the standard editing tools and font-family can be applied by using the appropriate CSS property.

The course, lessons, and quiz are part of the LMS plugin. The text areas can be managed via the tinyMCE, so some sections are manageable via the plugin for the text areas. You can install the LMS free version from the wordpress.org ->https://wordpress.org/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/ and test course creation process with the tinyMCE plugin

In order to make your site multilingual, you can use the WPML plugin. Our theme ready for translations and support the WPML plugin by default -> https://wpml.org/. The theme doesn’t come with the WPML plugin, so you can purchase it separately. Only the admin of the site and instructors are able to create courses in the theme by default. In the theme, when a user will be registered as an instructor, an email will be sent to WordPress admins about this desire. Then you need to change the role of this user to an instructor manually from the admin panel.
