We are unable to get courses from course providers and launch our LMS because most of them use SCORM. I am having issues with my LMS as the SCORM connector feature that marketed DOES NOT WORK on my website. I have sent you attachments and confirmed that it doesn’t work.
I have also got a different instructors to try and upload their courses on our LMS and this has failed. Please find below comments from one of them when he tried to upload the files.
“As discussed, after spending some time reviewing the Masterstudy back end, we’re unsure why the course only plays in a tiny window and why the attached error is displaying. Our courses are connector SCORM files that should launch the course in your LMS and inform us of instances it has been launched. We have also tried a normal SCORM file and an XAPI file and none work. We feel the problem is perhaps more obvious than we realise but without being au fait with system and spending lots of time on it, it wasn’t clear to us. We use connector files on many other customer LMS’ and all work fine, including a similar WordPress LMS plugin called LearnDash.”

2. The theme main elements were powered via the WP Bakery page builder plugin in the theme by default. So, there will be some unexpected styling and functional restrictions if you will use another page builder plugin. 5. There is no such kind of button in the app by default
6. Your request doesn’t relate to the WordPress based theme behave. The theme supports any video links with embedded links like YouTube or Vimeo services. The security of those links fully depends on the profile account from where you are getting embedded links. Moreover, any video can be easily copied via using Screen Recorder applications

LMS Login page isn’t a simple page. It is generated by the MasterStudy LMS plugin. You can change it only by modifying this template – ”.../wp-content/plugins/masterstudy-lms-learning-management-system/stm-lms-templates/stm-lms-login.php”.

In classic LMS, I could see the login option on the top right hand side of the header. But my LMS is built on “Private Instructor” theme, and I can’t see how will a student login ?
2) Also pls let me know that can we add “Animated GIF content” and “animated ppts” in lessons

The Woocommerce products are offline courses that contain lessons in the PDF, Doc, etc formats. Students are able to download those files after purchasing a course, while in the LMS the lessons are online.
