I have never actually used this theme for a live project (i acquired it 3 years ago) i want to test it now to see if fits a new project and i am not able cause license exceded and i am not able to open a ticket cause 6 months of support are gone so

My activation code wont work, please help!

I purchase the theme some time ago and use it, however I decided to redesign my website and set up new wordpress installation upon deleting the old site.

However now when I try to activate the theme is says: ” You have exceeded the max. number of activations, allowed by this activation key. Please purchase an additional copy of theme in order to get a new valid activation key. In case of any questions in this concern please contact our support here – https://codexthemes.ticksy.com/submit/#100013212."

I deleted the old site, so I should have only one instance of the site running but seems like I can’t, upon activating it once the code does not work any more…

Should have I disabled the activation somehow before deleting the old site, this is the first them I have the following issue..

How do I position the logo on a mobile device? Right now it appears too low. But when you scroll down it is centered inside the header. I am looking for the CSS but all I see is img.small or site-logo. When I add the CSS it doesn’t seem to do anything. Can you tell what the CSS ID is for the mobile logo please?

For updating the theme I used the code again and it gave me error that you have exceeded max number of activation. I don’t know why is this happening. Hello, I have two licenses of your theme. All my sites are https. You have one image that is hard-coded for http, and even when I delete the image from my server, it still shows up somewhere. It is uploads/19/logo_2x.png. Can you please tell me how I can get rid of this issue. I have changed the logo at my site; I have physically removed the image, but nothing helps. I must have https.

Am I able to deactivate the local environment purchase code and use it when I go live, as long as one is deactivated the other one can use this code?

What’s the best way to work locally/live with one license? I’m not trying to violate your work, just wonder how other developers go around this.

Hi, I have problem with the gem theme. At main page I used some buttons with redirection to subpage. But links doesn’t work. I got error – page not found and link in the browser shows http://wp-content/themes/thegemante... but here should be my subpage. Can you help me with that?

I have a client who needs their activation key cleared from demo set-ups of their website that have now been deleted. But since their support is more than 6 months out… it won’t let me submit their ticket.

I need to update their theme but can’t because of the 1) demo sites that no longer exist 2) your support doesn’t allow anything to be even submitted beyond 6 months.

How can I resolve this for them?

Loving your theme, I have purchased many many of your licenses, but had a little question that we can’t figure out, the “share” button on the blog elements have no link in them, its just domain.com/# How can we fix this? What url should go there? I see it’s the same on your demo pages as well.
