Presale question here. How to set room rate for rooms using room types. I do not want to use accommodation types because it looks too complicated for what I need. I am planning on building an apartment booking website so it must have different types of apartments which is not suitable for accommodation types. Please advise. Thanks.

What you are describing works great with Accommodation Types but you can use Rooms as well. If you are planning on using our bundled booking engine then you’ll need to use Accommodation Types. If you wish to use another booking system then use the Rooms custom post type. Our theme works great with most booking systems.

Accommodation Type and Rooms are essentially the same. You can call Accommodation Type anything you wish. You can use rooms if you wish and then setup a hidden accommodation type to control availability but why not just use accommodation type?
I actually want a system where a customer can see his bookings and using the bundled plugin will not allow that, except I use another plugin that uses Woocommerce booking. This is why I need to use rooms instead of accommodation types. I see it is possible but there is no availability search for rooms. I am confused on how to proceed if I buy this theme. Any advice? Thanks.
So you are allowing customers to see orders via WooCommerce extension? You can still use the Hotel Booking System with that and the theme as far as I know.

I’ve finally come around to updating my theme to Bellevue v3. Been doing this on a different URL (copied the existing website) because I didn’t want to mess up the original website before making sure everything was fine. So after updating everything all seemed fine (except for some settings I needed to readjust) and then I noticed it: ‘Rooms’ is no longer in the admin and thus my rooms are not showing anymore on the website.
Also when I edit my website with Elementor the Room Grid element is no longer available to choose from.
I’d really appreciate if you could help me out here. How can I get ‘Rooms’ back into my theme?
Hello, thanks for reaching out. What version are you upgrading from? If you are coming from Version 2+ then everything should be fine. Just be sure that you are using the latest version of all plugins.

I guess that in order to use a credit card as a payment, you need to add it as an option in woocomerce.
Is this correct? Any plugin that adds a credit card as a payment gateway in woocomerce will work on checkout ?

You actually don’t need WooCommerce but we do support it. You can use Credit Cards without Woo but if you need to expand your payment provider support or you need a feature that is offered in the Woo checkout then we have bundled a add on that connects you with WooCommerce.
Everything you need for online payments (CreditCards) is bundled No extra costs. 
I just spent a full hour trying to log in to your support system. In Chrome submit buttons don’t do anything! In firefox, I finally managed to request a new password, off course the mail doesn’t arrive. So how can I get support???

With Ticksy, you should be able to authenticate via Envato. “Login with Envato”.

I’m having problems after submitting my test payment. It lands me back on the booking confirmation (the main content of the page is blank and only sidebar shows) page when it should take me to the confirmed page.

the above is the link I am redirected to after payment is completed. In my settings I have Confirmation upon payment selected and the page to go to is set to booking confirmed. Please help. In the demo it redirects to booking confirmed page.

Is it possible to offer discount for additional people e.g 2 peopls is £100, then 5 people is £150, then 8 people is £200?? so more guest = cheaper per person?

How is this set? Do you have documentation as normally, it’s a set discount amount for each guest, not a discount which changes with more people. E.g the room is 200 for 2 people, 2-4 people is 300, and 4-8 people is 325. I can’t see anything in your documentation for this

It won’t let me submit the ticket as my support expired when we originally got this. We have not touched it in 3 years. I have just updated everything to the latest version and its still broken. I ended up deactivating the meta-tabs plugin (updated today) and that removed the error, enough so I can make the changes and get to the sections I need. I have deactivated all the plugins and it’s till giving the error. It would be nice if we could get updated plugin that works so we can make updates without the hack. Do you have any other suggestions I could do to get it fixed?

hello!! first I want to thank you for the quick answers to my questions during this struggling time…I have another issue regarding the Blog section. I have updated one post, title and description. when I go to the blog page I can see the new title and picture and If I click on it I can see the page with my new description. The problem is the actual blog page and the little summary after the title which has not changed. how to I change the post summary on the blog page?? thanks rossella
