Hi, I am using this theme and it needs to update the WP-Bakery Page Builder plugin but it is saying that I can’t update to 6.2 without a license. How do I fix this? Thank you!

Please note that WPbakery does come bundled within the theme and you do not need to activate any license for it as bundled plugins do get updated when the theme is.

I had to re-install the whole site on my local server and your help center says I’m meant to deregister before registering again. I realise that I need to deregister in the admin section but I was not able to login to my previous install, which is why I had to re-install.

The exported file is always zipped. Have you unzipped the file and tried to import the XML file, as this is most likely your issue. Please check our article and try to import our demo content with our XML file

Please note that we are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however, we can say that the theme is compatible with the latest version of WordPress as well as it is compatible with the latest WooCommerce as well. You will get this message though but it will not affect the performance of the theme as well as it will be added in the theme’s changelog once the update is out.

You could try to reset your database if you want to remove everything, so please check our article about it here. Or if you somehow need any of the pages you can simply delete just a part, meaning the pages you do not need. So you can delete them and empty the trash.
