The floor-plans are only setup to accept a single image per plan, they don’t work with PDF’s you’ll need to use the “Files & Documents” section for that in the listing.

Just for your information. I updated to the new version. The vertical image issue still causes the gap in between the fields.

The theme isn’t setup for tall portrait style images, highly suggest cropping them landscape.

Fixed. I have deleted the vertical images which fixed the issue. Some photos require a vertical shot due to the position of the area. Could you add this in you next update?

One thing you could do is use the free Loco Translate plugin create an English “translation” file then you’ll be able to change any of the themes strings to whatever you’d like same goes for my Contempo Real Estate Custom Posts plugin or theme. Morning, its due to your server timing out on the demo import process, keep in mind my demos have a TON of very large images which take some time to download depending on the server resources. Once you’ve done that the easiest way to get it back is to use the WordPress Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/, sets you back to WordPress default database then just reactivate my Real Estate 7 theme and you’ll be directed to the setup wizard then just follow the steps and make sure to select and import a demo on step 4, as outlined in my narrated instructional video https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/installation-demo-import/

It’s not required but I recommend getting https://www.siteground.com/go/ct-wordpress-hosting and their GoGeek plan, have a ton of buyers using them, really fast, optimized for WordPress, excellent customer service and works great with my theme.

All items are in accordance with technical specifications. Even the installation reaches 100% and everything is correctly installed. No error appears. But data for cities, states and pre-installed zipcodes do not appear in the search bar.

The search will only populate with info tied to published listings on the site, make sure you have some entered via your WordPress admin > Listings area, also refer to https://contempothemes.com/wp-real-estate-7/docs/adding-managing-listings/

If you look at the panel and your screenshot the count on the far right only shows 2 published to the site.

Make sure you have the correct field enabled there’s “Size Slider” and “Lot Size Slider” two different and the label options are also different in Real Estate 7 Options > Listings > both of these would need to be set to the what you’d like https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnubLkZj
