Hello,

I would like to remove “Product Tag” from the H1 title when viewing results from a specific product tag.

I see I can remove this from /inc/functions/layout/page-title.php line 66

However, I would like to add this particular function to the child theme’s functions.php. Can you provide further direction on that?

You can simply copy the same file at the same path in Child Theme and then change the code as per your requirements, Hope this will work for you.

OR

You have to override the Parent Theme functions by using Customization in Child Theme.

There is no other way.

And also could you please purchase support extension to get further support? Your 6 months of support period is expired from 22/05/2019. According to Envato support policy, renewing support is required for further support.

Good afternoon, it doesn’t allow me to automatically update the wpbakery page builder plugin, so I supposedly downloaded the latest update but the plugin is not there. Then I downloaded the thema again completely but there is still no update. When will they put the last update? Thank you

Hello guys, I see another user reported the same problem 2 months ago and you said you’ll forward this to the development department. I’m talking about pagination. When you click to see another page the products refresh but the page doesn’t scroll to top, so it’s confusing for users. Can you pleale let us now if there’s a fix coming? Thanks!

I have talked about this with the development department in deep, and they replied that this is how it works, this works on ajax and ajax does not refresh the page but it only take data from database and show on site, and the page will be move upward at start again when the page refreshes, so this is the default functionality of the Theme and Ajax and this is how it works but for you I am forwarding this to our development department for considering to add it in the theme, but I am not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may occur theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the theme environment then surely they will look through it.

Yes, you can for Cart: cart If you have the Cart Icon on your site by default as showing below:

Then before using any other Icon, you first have to remove this Icon, and it has been made using Custom CSS, You have to comment out the Custom CSS from Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS as showing below:

And then you can use any Icon code from here or FontAwesome:

1. Top Header Row.
2. Middle Header Row.
3. Bottom Header Row.

And the Header Become Sticky which has Main Menu in it, That is why it is called Sticky Menu.

You can see on your site, The Main Menu is in Bottom Header Row that is the reason the Bottom Header part is becoming sticky on your site: https://ibb.co/1njkSXB

If you want Logo also in Sticky Menu/Sticky Header then you have to set Logo in a Row which has Main Menu in it, It will work for you.

I have just checked your site and finds that you are using the old version of the Theme 5.2.0, and the latest version of the Theme is 5.4.1, you can check the Theme changelog here:

So, you have to update the WP, and the Theme and plugins and then deactivate all the third-party plugins and check your site after removing the server, site and browser cache, I am sure your issue will solve and if not then remain all the third-party plugins deactivated and share your site WP-Admin Login details via our support system so our experts will check it for you.

Hi Porto Theme, I am facing issue with the theme. it is hardly a month time and there are updates related to below:

porto/woocommerce/myaccount/form-add-payment-method.php version 3.4.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.3.0,

porto/woocommerce/single-product-reviews.php version 3.6.0 is out of date. The core version is 4.3.0

1. WooCommerce 4.3.0 has been released only a couple of days ago, and we already tracked it. The latest Porto version 5.4.1 is already compatible with the latest version of the WooCommerce, but only a single template of the Theme has become outdated with this version of the WooCommerce, but no need to worry, it will not create any issue on your site, You can update it on your site.

And we are working on the new Theme update with which we will update that template as well. So please be patience till that and Enjoy using Porto :)

In general, our theme is already optimized and doesn’t have too many resources to make your website slow. Most likely, your website performance suffers from the content you have added to your website. It may happen in case of too many plugins, large not optimized images, or other resources. So we suggest you remove unnecessary plugins, install some kind of JS & CSS optimizing plugins like Better WordPress Minify and a caching plugin like WP Super Cache or use WP Rocket for both tasks. Also, you can use the GTmetrix tool to see what makes your website slow and optimize these parts of your website.

The traffic depends on a lot of different factors and not our theme only. The only argument from you was your website’s low score on Google Pagespeed. But it can’t be because of that if your real website speed is quite fast. We suggest you read an article from the WP Rocket team – one of the most experienced companies in terms of WordPress optimization.
